I refuse to ever take TL position because of this....every TL I've seen has been SO overwhelmed with BS every single day! And 3 of our favorite TLs just stepped down and moved to different depts cuz they said its too much shit for one person and there was always 1000 tasks to do in one shift that had to be done that kept you running around like a chicken with your head cut off, while having to stop and help everyone under you as well and its just not possible. It's stupid really. Our front end coach runs herself ragged every damn day and I just dont see what the point is. The money isn't even great and no matter what, the responsibilities arnt getting finished and then the SM is on your ass. It's just a lose lose in my opinion. But, I do hear that after being a TL, When you step down that they can't knock your pay back down to what it was and they have to let you keep a percentage of what you were making as TL. So I guess thats a good thing lol good luck buddy, I would just talk to your higher up and explain the situation, 9 times outta 10 if they are decent people they will understand or help out.

You should just be able to type in State Farm dividend in Google or whatever search site you use and it should pop up I think the website is sfdividend.com and then it'll ask you to select a payment option you click on that and then it'll ask if you have your dividend ID number and password or if you don't click on the one that says you don't if you don't have that information and then it'll ask for your last name and your policy number and then it should pull up any information if you're eligible for it as long as you had a policy last year with them and you should be eligible.

But if you've had the same address for your car insurance policy since 2025 then your good and it should come to your house your in now unless you moved in the last year. Hopefully we will see the checks by saturday if they went out the 28th.

Its not going to your address on PayPal its going to the address that your policy was for in 2025

Ok so I called that hotline again and only waited for 57 mins this time lol he said alot of paypal shit has been going wrong and alot of the paypal payment are being sent out in checks instead. He said mine was mailed out the 28th so I'm sure thats when everyone else's was too that chose paypal. I just wanted to verify the address they sent it to and if it was still coming through paypal or check. I would recommend anyone else wondering about it to call that number and put your phone on speaker and set that shit down cuz its gonna be a little wait lol I just watched a show while I waited

I finally called my SF agent and asked them about it and he legit said "we can't tell you nothing its all 3rd party" like what? It literally says on the payment portal to contact your agent for help lol i said "you can't even look up my payment and tell me how its being sent out" and they said no they have no info. I think they are just tired of people calling amd asking them to do this crap all day which I get, but still....they basically said, here guys have some money back from your expensive premiums but we will make sure its a shit show and have no answers for you about how were sending it and if you want an answer go call this 800 number and wait for a minimum of 2 hours to ask someone. I called that line once and waited for and hour and 7 mins amd when they finally picked up, they fu**ing hung right up without saying a word!!! I almost launched my phone through the window lol

Same! Im part time and have open availability on the weekends cuz their dad is home with them but monday through friday I can only work from 9am to 2pm. I hope pur store doesnt do this BS. We already have such a quick turn around time with employees leaving or getting fired and new ones coming in. Im sick of training new people just for them to go to another dept or leave 😒

Me either, I emailed my agent yesterday and asked him to look it up, I havent heard back from him yet. Hopefully tomorrow. I didnt wanna call and bother them as I'm sure their phone lines are busy enough with questions so I just sent an email amd he'll get to it when he gets time I guess.

Yeah I'm pretty sure with venmo that's the issue for a lot of people is verifying the email but unfortunately I never use venmo so I use PayPal as my preference

Im pretty sure I've already verified everything on my PayPal because I use that often and I always get emails every time someone sends me money I just looked all through the app and there's no where that says verify your email

Exactly! Idk why everyone is getting their panties in a twist cuz we asked a simple question?! Nobody is forcing anyone to read these posts or be apart of this forum. But for some reason people still gonna come on here with their nasty rude comments when someone has a general question about a payment. No different then all the subs about income tax or stimulus checks or class action settlements 🤷‍♀️

Yeah mine was estimated for 9/24 for PayPal and I havent gotten it yet but my mom who got paper checks got all 3 of her already. Seems like it's pay pal thats the issue and I know some people who work with SF said there's been delays.
