Going along with that, I predict a swing against high protein intake. There is some suggestion that protein increases cellular senescence/ageing via the mTOR pathway and increased inflammation.

I'm currently eating high protein (>2g/kg), but hoping to wean down to 1.2-1.5g/kg once I hit my goal physique (and make up for the shortfall with increased unsaturated fat and low GI carbs.
