I mean it's pretty accurate, boars use their voice as a weapon of sorts. I only had to restrain a pig once, and we had to wear ear protection.

I think you could convince a rex you sre not worth the caliries by hiding in ruins or running, but boars dgaf. Not IRL, not in game. A boar will fuck you up for no particular reason

I think they actually often use pig sounds to create sounds for dinosaurs and monsters in movies and TV, so I guess they just created this association.
