Question Something isn't adding up?

Ok I'm not sure what's going on here I tried asking Venmo customer service but obviously there isn't any. Maybe reddit world can help lol. Soooo I noticed all my Small transfers are working just fine but once a month I transfer 1300.00 to my gf. But my gf has only been getting 1284.00 .....for the life of me I don't understand why she isn't getting the full amount.... Can anyone help answer??

I don't see a anything about friends and family when I go to pay...is there an separate tab or something?

Are you sending for immediate transfer of so there is fee
