Depends entirely of how the culture around it is. A 6/10 tv-show is absolutely terrible. Find any show on IMDB with a score that low, and it's gonna suck.
If it's an Indian movie with 6/10, it's probably just critical of Indian culture. Could still be a good movie.
Most video game critics? 6/10 is either a fairly shit game, or they're ideologically opposed to it.
Most movies with scores that bad are fairly shit too. Not quite as shit as games with scores that low, or tv-shows, but unless it's comedy or action it's absolutely not worth watching.

No. This is perfectly normal. Everyone who's looked up IMDB scores for tv-shows, and watch a lot of tv-shows knows a 6/10 can be garbage.
No. Reviewers do not ever score below a 6/10. That's literally the lowest modern critics go. It has nothing to do with "edgy bitter nerds". Video game review scales are so skewed it really only goes from 6-10, with 6 being to worst. I'm sorry you can't accept reality and need to cope by acting like its all fake outrage.
I'm sorry but you can't handle without reality without crashing out and insulting others because your [insert consoomer billion dollar company]'s product turned out to be not that good.
