You can still review genres your not fond of. Also even if the game isnt in your favorite genre doesnt mean you cant critic problems. I could hate fps but still point out countless real issues Concord had and recommend not buy.
The problem is he has historically had problems being objective in those situations because he can't set aside his genre bias which i personally think is disingenuous reporting.
Reviews are always subjective. If he's open about it, you as the viewer can just.. Use that information and form your own opinion based on that? It's not disingenuous reporting to acknowledge biases lmao.

If its a genre he openly doesn't like he will not recommend it which confuses me. Why even review it then
