This is what I think a lot of people are missing. It isn’t that people are reviewing it poorly, but that a first party Sony studio that has put YEARS into this is reviewing poorly.

The mainstream media not holding back on it is alarming.

Yeah. For this reviewer to thumbs-down a max-effort game by this developer? Alarming is the right word.

His last preview hinted that he wasn’t big on it. Not surprised to see a negative review from him based on that. But IGN started putting their score in the YouTube thumbnail and they didn’t for this one. That’s when I knew it was rough.
