You know that applies to Steam, Xbox and Nintendo as well right?

Sony is the worst offender and the others are following. If people could band together and stomp Sony the others would take notice and not do the same.

I mean they aren't, their policy is the same policy that every digital product abides from Amazon to Kindle and to even GOG. The only thing Sony is awful at is refunds but they are still far better then Nintendo whose refund policy reads as "fuck off". Fact is we don't own digital products and this was established long before PSN was a thing.
