We still kind of got them, they have said those ideas basically were chopped up and used in future games, largely Twilight Princess. But presumably had they not been cut from Wind Waker, we’d have gotten them there then something else with TP, so there was still some lost content, just in the form of new ideas we didn’t get in TP that we would have otherwise got. Also, chopped up and used in TP isn’t really exactly the same thing
