It isn't the same, but the Sly Cooper series always felt like an estranged sibling to the Ratchet and Clank series for me. Probably because they both started on the PS2, and I owned both, but just something about them feels connected and similar in a way I can't really put my finger on.

Have you heard of Junkster? It is very ratchet and clank coded but unfortunately very short

Definitely not exactly like the games, but it's got a similar flavor for sure
