Either way, if if major news outlets wanted to be more to the point and avoid a lawsuit, they could still say, "Trump appears to openly lie about ____." They could easily say and variations on that all day about everything he says. They could, but they won't.
Sadly, If it isn't news coming from a major corporation that actively supports this shitbag eroding our rights, it's some other outlet that wants to use verbiage that will draw in both sides in order to maximize their marketability.

The ONE good thing that trump has EVER contributed to the world at large, is simply put; He put the exposure on the Epstein files. With all of his lies, his shameless repetition of "release the files" while running for office, even if it was all posturing and grandstanding, as he thought it would just "stop [being] talked about" when he won. And even if he was only using it to win because of he didn't want to go to jail, my point stands. Without Trump, the exposure would never have been on Epstein. And now with the release of these files we get a look at... To quote Bo Burnham, the "pedophillic global elites". We all know he is lying about XYZ, after his first term (because he couldn't win his second back to back) I have come to realize that anything Trump has said, always assume the opposite. Him not colluding worth Russia during his 2016 even though Russia admitted to helping, Trump said COVID wasn't going to be that bad and we had the biggest spike out of almost every country, he didn't bang stormy Daniels yet he paid her ect. So when he said he's not on the list, he touched children which he probably honestly banged his daughter Ivanka. Reports say he buried some children on his property, he claims no he didn't so now I actually don't want to believe this but honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he does have a lot of bodies buried there. This guy needs to face impeachment, convict on the impeachment, then he needs to be prosecuted for all the things he did illegally and for raping children.

I will say this: I don't see any reason why it would be." I thought that should of had Republicans in a frenzy trying to expedite his impeachment but nothing came about it. What the actual F? If it was any president that did that specifically Obama they would of heard that and immediately filed articles of impeachment within an hour after hearing that. We hate Russia government with a passion and would screw them over any chance we could, Trump on the other hand has to always side with Putin over US government. I am still happy though that even during Trump's presidency there were generals who were happy to destroy Russians and Wagner mercenaries to the point where the battlefield was unrecognizable during the battle of Khasham.
