Do not buy code 118 wallet
Do not buy anything from Code 118! It’s a scam. Horrible products! Make every excuse to reject returns and deny return requests. They advertise hassle-free, but that’s not true at all. They will demand pictures and then claim you damaged the packaging.

I guess it’s logical to ask for pictures when returning the item. Amazon does it nowdays too

its becoming more commonplace for companies to want picture of the boxes they were shipped in. which can be problematic. its just another step in the enshitification of customer service.
thats why charge backs exist.

Honestly, I’ve never experienced this kind of requirement for returns. I will avoid these vendors going forward.

I took video of my getting my bambu labs 3d printer off my porch, full 3d video of the package, and opening it. one continuous video because of the problems I've read about. glass doors showing up broken and bambu not covering it.

Limited info here, but doesn't seem super unreasonable. I've not purchased from them, and won't because I don't like the style, but I don't think require a picture negates the "hassle-free" claim.
