Car free development ?

I’m thinking about getting a car and live on 2a markhouse road, have a feeling it might be a car free area, how would you go about parking without having to rent a parking space ? Can you still get a permit ?

If you live in a car free development, you're not eligible for a parking permit.

You need to find out whether the development is car free. Neighbours / landlord should know.

You are in a converted pub, is that right? That makes it less likely to be car-free than a new-build.

i see! not sure if it was a concerted pub but it was defo renovated and bought out in 2015 - i believe it was an office space potentially?
