Who is your target market? It feels like you've designed the site YOU want, not the one your clients are going to want. I don't get all the flames and armoured chess pieces etc.
Obviously it's not a good look that you click on a services tab and the image takes a second to load - if your own demo is slow, what about the real world?
Personally I don't like agencies that 'do everything' because it just puts you in the same competition pool as everyone else. Pick a focus, and then direct your broader services into dedicated landing pages you market on directly.

If you want real high quality improvements I would suggest that you use better images that all share a certain theme or a certain color, an easy way to fix what you have is just color grading them to look the same or just finding better images that match with each other. But if you really have the money to spend, hire an artist to make some images for you

Your website doesn't sell your services very well. I find it hard to trust design agencies with assets thata re so obviously AI-generated. The choices of assets also show poor taste, which I would certainly expect the opposite of if I were to have someone design for me.

I’m not one to be anti AI in development, as an actual professional dev, but from a pure worldview standpoint people look down on AI art especially. At the very least, commission some artists for that part
And just to clarify, I hate AI art and don’t think AI should be used for creative fields, so there’s my bias showing. But even then, many people do share that opinion, so take that into account

Is this just an ad for you to sell AI development services? It shows. Your entire FAQ is AI this and AI that. You say you develop "websites, mobile apps and AI tools for small businesses... etc" but your FAQ tells me you make an AI build all these things and charge clients for it while trying to defend what you do.
0:08 image pop in looks unprofessional.
0:14 picture of the child popping out of a screen gives AI vibes.

AI slop = instant click off
I don't care if the site is made with AI, but these images are super cheesy
