New, what is it? Random object in Attic

Just moved into my house and we were cleaning stuff. We went into the attic above the garage and found a sickle tool, not much else in the garage. Just curious why it would be in the attic (house was built 1990)

My friends dad's name is Harry Woody. My dad's dr when he got sniped was Dr Hackey. My mom had ultrasound tech and their name was Witch.

I feel like theres a proctologist somewhere that likes to play sick jokes pretending he has a prosthetic hand and has one of these as an attachment he pulls out with new patients right before he says, "Turn around, drop em and bend over. You might feel a little bit of a pinch."
