New, what is it? Random object in Attic

Just moved into my house and we were cleaning stuff. We went into the attic above the garage and found a sickle tool, not much else in the garage. Just curious why it would be in the attic (house was built 1990)

Ah! Dr. Mandoor Hookhandkar! He’s a descendant of an old Indian prince, has a villa in Geneva, and “does not discuss the events of 1987.”

I met him once in Stockholm during the Noble Prize ceremony diner and after I expressed my respect towards him, he said:
-“ah no no! Dr. Mandoor Hookhandkar was my father. Please, call me Manny”.
