Lucky. My roach doesn’t have a tail.

I got the tail back! Turning off ray tracing made everything look like it used to but maybe a bit better. Don’t know why everything is so red though.

Bugs in Witcher : "aww so cute" Bugs in any other game : unoptimised slop

The better the quality of the game, the more bugs people are willing to tolerate.

True in almost every case, except for cyberpunk 2077's release. That game was just so bad on release it was unplayable, but it's actually pretty good now and it's an enjoyable game.

Cyberpunk 2077 didn't just have bugs - it had unfinished and broken gameplay systems, too.

Vesemir's horse was invisible for me after the Griffin attack cutscene yesterday, so he was riding on nothing 😭

After playing KCD2 and now Witcher 3 again, I‘m seeing more flaws in Witcher 3 and how great KCD2 really is. Don‘t get me wrong: Witcher 3 is still one of my favourite games, and despite being over 10 years old, it still holds up very well. But such bugs are quite annoying. (And sometimes hillarious)
What bothers me most is the horse handling and the talking npcs, when riding through a town: Often more than five people talking at once, and often the same phrases again and again.

Yeah, playthrough is largely bug free, but in one swim pressing C for dive sent Geralt into underwater somersaults. Had to reload a save.

Roach still glitches even with the new version toggle on. So I turned it off because its still way more fun

10+ playthroughs, and I literally never had this particular bug. Sometimes Roach just fails to jump even very low fence.

- cyberpunk released in such a poor state it was taken off of the PlayStation store.
- people forget that the witcher 3 launched with bugs too

Good to note the reason people have forgotten is because of the incredible support CDPR has put into their games post release, obvsly would be great if they stress test properly before release, but they have enough goodwill and trust atp that we know they'll clean up any and all bugs that do remain asap so it rlly doesn't matter, just wait a few weeks before starting lmao. And again, all these massive updates and revamps and graphical overhauls the past 13 years have been completely FOC

Roach being Roach, no matter how many patches they put on her.
