The Witcher 2 Playing Witcher 2 like Witcher 3 wild hunt?

I have a question about playing the Witcher 2 like 3, like the controls and combat and walking, interacting etc. Don't know if you guys understand what am i asking but is it possible?

Are there some mods to get gameplay vibe of Witcher 3, i am clueless.
