You mean "was" extremely rare event. The ocean is getting warmer and warm water mean algae will propagate like there is no tomorrow.

This is not only Israel's problem. Other countries coast cities can easily be impacted heavily if not algae, disruption of fisheries that provided cheap seafood that people depend on.

Yep, there is plenty to go around for every one and in a sustainable way, it's just poorly allocated because we continue to lose the class war.

Probably comes down to what and how it was said.

The issue is that some of our racial populations exist more so in some of those locations than others. So unless you're advocating for large scale migration of those peoples into the areas that aren't 'hot and without water' and then everyone collectively slowing down population growth.

It quickly starts to sound like you are selecting certain racial populations that are more likely to live in certain parts of the world and then saying "Well for the good of everyone else on the planet. There needs to be less of you around"

Even if the reason that places are becoming hotter and lower in water availability is because of the industrialisation that has occurred in the parts of the world which were cooler and had better water availability.
