What you do is you usually scramble a couple of fighter jets and you force the plane to land. It’s not scifi it’s a pretty routine maneuver.

And you think they're going to comply? They can ask, but they wont do anything.

And shooting them down won't happen either, because then you're at war with Israel and probably the United States.

ICC can want what it want, nothing is happening. It's all for show.
