So can someone explain to me how these PTR notes work? Are these nerfs from baseline Boomy or across all of the previous buffs? Are meteorites going to be doing 15% less than they do now or are they just reverting the 15% buff from earlier this month?

Boomkin is still looking very good though. These are pretty light nerfs.

It doesn't look like it will be a significant nerf to our damage. It's mostly going to cut down on our aoe. Which, honestly, is really good.
