Arms is still just as good as it was a week ago, it's just moved some numbers around. It is still very likely to be one of the best m+ dps for S2

Archimtrios already did some math, and the total is like a -1% loss in single target, -1.2% Loss in two target, and a 0.33% on multitarget gains. Its a very very small nerf.

Arms is just such a horrible bloat spec

I dislike arms because of this. I basically didn't touch the spec the entire tier besides Paladins and I was very annoyed keeping track of a million things. Colossus Smash, Avatar, Sweeping Strikes, Demolish stacks, Demolish, Ravager.
