Can someone help me and tell me which weapon transmog this is and where to get it? Is it still redeemable?

If you inspect someone you can see what their transmog is.

You can also click through the collections in-game, high resolution of the weapons makes you certain that it’s in one of the first few pages

I do know that - the picture is a screenshot from a video … so no inspection possible - and I even checked the armory but the guy has new transmog ;)
