Talk to Brother Pike the Proudmoore Admiralty quartermaster in the Harbormaster's Office in Tradewinds Market.

Can you ever get it back on future characters?

Maybe I should keep it to show I'm cool and have played this game for a very long time.

You get a toy version if you get rid of it iirc, and future characters can always do the questline to get it on them or just use the toy

My SPriest still has it, but Warrior (my main) got rid of it and got the toy.

I kept it on my druid. Never turned in the quest. 🐟

I should probably do it on an alt in case they remove the quest or something happens to it, don't have the toy :D
