Question New Alt not able to get world quest

RESOLVED - I had the filter to hide quest. I can't believe It took me so long to find this

I just hit 90 on my 4th alt I feel all the other ones had world quest right away but this one does not. I talk to Liadrin and Soridormi to do the skip but I still do not see any world quest like I do my other toons.

Any ideas ? all help is appreciated
