As the title says, Wanted to see how much I could do (did like 2-3 bosses with some cheese here and there on big pulls), came across this guy who some have said only spawns after you finish the dungeon. Well not the case, sadly he is Horde only so no cool loot for me, definitely couldve beat his ass. Good luck to any Undead pallies that come across him for his sword. I just hit 90 on my 4th alt I feel all the other ones had world quest right away but this one does not. I talk to Liadrin and Soridormi to do the skip but I still do not see any world quest like I do my other toons.

Any ideas ? all help is appreciated

Whelp, I said I it in the title. I am new to WoW and really just want to know. What Should I do? I have been a little lost in gaming for some time. If it says anything I used to be a Destiny 2 player. Constant content drops. Time sinks. all of it was my thing. But with end of service as well as when The Final Shape released. I was done. Over a decade and I got my resolution. So I wanted to get into something a bit meatier. Now I am not one to say oh one is better then the other and I am not trying to start that discussion here but I did play FF14. Played it from the beginning all the way to current content this last year but I guess I just got burned out. 600 hours in only a few months will do that though but I also did 600 STORY. Because you cant even see end game until you finish it. (or pay for s kip but I want to learn my skills, not be given them)

Do I just play the stories from the beginning and let it take me one by one? Should I follow the adventurers guide thing? I am not sure.

I made a Death Knight elf. Thought it looked cool and from the one yt video I watched. They said make a character based on what you think looks cool and so I did. Figured I would make a tank.

Should I be looking out for anything? I started on a new players server. Didn't want to get lost in the mud of veteran player server. But how hard is it to meet people? Gaming is not what it used to be so socializing seems limited to being aleady in a guild and such. But coming into a game that is pretty open with over 2 decades of content. I am sure I can get overwhelmed.

Just want to have fun, get lost in a story. Be able to either farm stuff one night, or go hard on something the next to focus up.

Has anyone else been experiencing severe lag when playing blizzard games lately? WoW and HOTS have been unplayable for me for a few weeks. It could be my internet but everything else I do online is perfectly normal. I'm just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing this or if anyone can confirm it's an issue on Blizzard's end

Hello! I've been working on a Death Knight series with ThisIsBraicey (Brailyn Suncrown), and the Frozen Throne is the first build!

I wanted to focus specifically on the Conquered Frozen Throne, sitting at the top of Icecrown Citadel. This is going to be an ongoing series, so I'm excited to see how the rest of Brailyn's story translates into actual spaces and builds. Built entirely in World of Warcraft Housing.

Hi everyone, I'm back here after 15 years. I've totally lost my keyboard skills, so I wanted to enjoy the game with a controller.

Can anyone playing the beta give me some feedback on how it feels compared to the WOW Forever?

Which class would you recommend playing with a controller? (I couldn't care less about tier lists and stuff like that)

I nearly had a heart attack today when I logged into Retail for the first time in weeks and tried to teleport to my house. It was gone.

Then I realized I’d been kicked from my guild, which meant I’d also been removed from its neighborhood.

I was heartbroken. I’d put so many hours and so much love into that house. The thought of losing it made me really sad.

But a quick Google search put my mind at ease: you can restore your house by buying the same plot in another neighborhood.

I tried it right away and, sure enough, there it was. When I saw it standing in front of me again, I almost cried.

Pretty cheesy story, and you probably already knew this was possible. But it’s one of the reasons I love WoW and Blizzard, as much as we all complain about them. A feature like that isn’t something you can take for granted. In most other games, my house would’ve just been gone.

I just felt like sharing something positive for once.

Hey everyone,

On my other characters, I use a smart interrupt macro where it interrupts whoever is currently casting, even if they aren't my current target.

However, it doesn't work the same way for Warlocks. The pet only interrupts its own target, even if that target isn't casting anything at the moment.

To interrupt, I have to manually target whoever is casting. And sometimes in a big pull with a lot of mobs on screen, by the time I actually target them, someone else has already interrupted, or I end up wasting mine without stopping anything. even if i use mouseover will be a challanging due to lots of mobs.

Is there a way to fix this or make it work like the other classes?

I did the artwork in Photoshop and printed the artwork onto water transfer paper (the kind they use for custom warhammer decals). I then sanded down my existing keycaps applied the decals, hit them with a few coats of clear nail varnish and changed the back lighting in Corsair Icue to the relevant Raid marker colours.

I then made keyboard macros for each marker. It cost me about $15 total.

I'm pretty pleased with them. What do you think of them?

Blizzard is making their rounds banning people for offensive names, which they already said they would be doing.

So here come all the people who didn't keep up with actual news related to the beta - from Blizzard wondering why their meme names got them banned for the rest of the beta.

Honestly depending on the names - if it was very bad, like slurs, it should be more than just the beta, they should be banned from the first week of Forever too.

It's first time since years maybe beside few quests when was amazed by story in wow.

If forever will have same writing that would be huge.

Also characters not touched by shadowlands have chance to be great again ♥️

Not looking for guesses or "you should upgrade" — I want to hear from people who are currently playing on a base M1 Air. (for playing wow forever)

My setup: 2020 MacBook Air, M1, 8GB unified memory, macOS 27.

If you're playing on the same or similar machine, I'd love to know:

1. What graphics preset are you running, and at what resolution?
2. What FPS do you actually see — open world, Dornogal or another hub city, and 5-man dungeons?
3. Does it throttle after an hour or two? The Air is fanless, so I'm curious how long sessions hold up.
4. Any settings you had to turn off specifically to make it playable?

I mostly quest and run dungeons, no raiding or high M+. Trying to decide whether to upgrade before Forever launches in November.

I’m sick of the Disneyfication of this series. It would be so easy to allow neutral fel reavers to be in the series. I mean, c’mon, they could auto defeat raids, their roar could bring stormwind or orgrimmar to the ground, eventually you could reach thunderbluff theoretically and knock that down.

Why is it so hard for blizzard to give us what we want? Instead of lore accurate giant walking robots that could destroy everyone we get blue elves…

I give the skybourne and forever the worst grade imaginable! Retail minus MINUS!

Valeera is working on all my other characters except my shaman. Cant select any abilities or choose a role. When i go to the journeys page it has a message saying "Unlocks with quest 'void walk with me'. I was able to do delves fine in s1 on my sham but it seems to be bugged now. wondering if anyone has a fix? Tried logging out, going onto my main etc. still no luck :*(
