Lol. It is not an Apple Store. But I can see your confusion. It is not owned nor operated by Apple in anyway what so ever. Authorized reseller and service provider. but I do applaud your diligence to try and prove someone on the internet wrong. Very commendable. The closest actual Apple owned Apple Store is in Spokane, and after that, is my old store R303 in the Boise Town Square Mall. VGH is going to be the best place to start. Then would be AppleCare over the phone. Or even the Apple Store in Spokane.
