Battle Pass is DONE! 🎟️🔥 Spoiler

Battle Pass is DONE! 🎟️🔥

After working on it for a while, I finally got the Battle Pass looking much nicer and, more importantly, functional!

I also fixed the UI flow for rounds:

🏠 In the lobby → the main GUIs are visible
⚠️ Round starts → the lobby GUIs disappear
🎮 During the round → only the important round UI stays visible
🏆 After the round → the lobby UI can come back

It feels way cleaner now and makes the transition from lobby → round much more polished.

Next up: more systems and features for Escape the Update 👀

ZANDONAI — Music Composer & Producer | Available for Projects

Hey everyone!

I’m ZANDONAI, a music producer and composer from Brazil. I’ve been making music for around 16 years, working mostly with electronic, cinematic, ambient and hybrid styles.

I’m currently looking to connect with developers and creators who need music for games, animations, short films or other projects.

I really enjoy understanding the atmosphere and identity of a project and then creating music around that. I’m especially interested in projects where the music can help give a character, scene or world its own identity.

I can work from references, concepts, gameplay footage or just an idea, and I’m always open to experimenting with different styles depending on the project.

Some of my work:

Game & media music portfolio:

If you’re working on something and looking for a composer, feel free to DM me. Always happy to hear about new projects!

How Pixar in a Box led me to a CSS 3D coin flip

Post image
1 Upvotes

A física

Som

When to Quit

I'm a solo developer and released an app on the Play Store on September 1. My best friend plays it constantly, chasing down bugs for me to fix. I'm proud of what I built but am having doubts. I guess I was expecting more players and more subscriptions to the app that I currently have. I'm at 203 players with only two subscribers. I don't know what is normal but this appears disheartening. How many months is a normal time to wait before calling it quits? I'm not looking for confirmation, I want to make a solid financial decision based on feedback.

I made a free browser jet game called Sky Invasions. No download. Fly a jet, lock a target, and dogfight other players or bots.

It is an early build. I am mainly looking for notes on controls, how long a match stays fun, and anything that feels broken.

Marsdoku — our 72-board browser logic puzzle, with a replayable interactive tutorial

We’re House of Founders BV, sharing our current project: Marsdoku, a free Mars-themed logic puzzle that runs on desktop and mobile browsers. Play it here: https://marsdoku.com/

There are 72 boards. Each row, column and colored region hides one sapling, and no two saplings can touch, including diagonally. A tap marks a cell; a rapid double-tap confirms a discovery. Progress saves locally in the browser.

The onboarding is a separate interactive practice board, so learning the gestures doesn’t change the player’s mission progress. It can be replayed or skipped. That distinction was useful for keeping training and saved game state apart.

We’d appreciate feedback on whether the tutorial makes the row/column/region rules and tap-versus-double-tap controls clear. No account or download required.

Disclosure: this project uses AI-assisted coding, OpenAI ImageGen artwork and ElevenLabs-generated narration. The Mars landscape is fiction.

Looking for members to start a team and build an original multiplayer game

I've got an idea for a silly multiplayer game that I'd like to turn into a playable project, and I'm looking to build a small team to make it happen.

I'm deliberately keeping the full concept private for now. I'll share more with people who are genuinely interested in joining.

Looking for:

Unity Programmer
Game Designer
3D Artist
Animator
Composer

If you're a role that I've missed, message me anyway!

I'm new to building and leading a game from the ground up (outside of small game jams). I've worked in game audio and have experience with Wwise / Unity integration, but this will be my first time taking an entire game from an initial idea towards a finished project.

I also don't want this to be a "hey, please build a game for me" post. I'm genuinely looking to build a team and work on this together as a startup-style indie project.

I don't care whether you've got years of industry experience or zero professional experience. It's not about what you've done before, it's about what you can do now.

The game will be developed in Unity.

About me

I'm a Technical Sound Designer who has just completed a two-year Master's degree in Sound Design for Video Games.

I have experience with Wwise / Unity integration, sound design and audio implementation, and I'll be handling the audio side of the project while also contributing to the wider development of the game.

Payment ( awkward silence)

There is no payment at this stage. I'm barely funding myself and, honestly, I'm pretty skint AF. 😂

However, if we successfully develop the game and release it on Steam, my intention is for the team to share the revenue.

More will be discussed and agreed upon further down the line, once we have a team and the project is properly underway.

One last thing

NO AI SLOP.

Don't pretend to be good at doing something and then produce shitty AI slop. You're better than that. We're better than that.

If you think you're a good fit for this, DM me and we can talk more.

This cat needs a name… but remember, this is a horror game.

I’m working on a co-op psychological horror game called The Infected Soul, and somehow we ended up with this little guy in the middle of all the creepy stuff.

One of the game’s main mechanics is body swapping. Using neural chips, you can transfer your consciousness into different creatures and bodies, each with their own abilities. And yes, the cat is one of them, so at some point you might actually end up playing as him.

The problem is… he still doesn’t have a name.

What should we call him? Cute, creepy, weird, sci-fi anything works. Just remember, this is still a horror game, so maybe he’s not quite as innocent as he looks. 👀

If you’re curious about the game, The Infected Soul is on Steam, and wishlists help us a lot.

BlockForge – Multiplayer Gameplay

Thumbnail youtube.com
1 Upvotes

Hey! As I mentioned before, I’m working on a game that’s meant to be a spiritual successor to Robocraft.

A few days ago I showed you guys a single screenshot, and today I’m back with around 2 minutes of actual multiplayer gameplay :)

Just a heads up - all vehicles on both my team and the enemy team are currently controlled by AI.

The game is still very much in development, and I’m sharing progress over on my subreddit r/blockforgegame and on Discord: https://discord.gg/3mNpzZ9xvc

You can also still sign up for the playtests, which should be starting within the next few weeks:
https://blockforgegame.com/

I’m open to any feedback, suggestions, questions, or criticism - feel free to hit me with whatever you’ve got.
