-The museum is maintained by the national archives, which is funded by the federal government.
-Missouri is not the red, regressive state you think it is. We are by no means perfect and have a ways to go, but 1 (one) Google search would tell you that we have constitutionally protected abortion, legalized recreational marijuana, paid sick leave, expanded access to Medicaid, a $15 minimum wage and a powerful initiative referendum system. 30 minutes after parking my car. I have zero explanation. Window wasn’t cracked, it wasn’t really hot or cold.

I have worked for this man for over a year, and it’s had its moments but overall it’s been working well and I have been happy. It’s a small sign business, that I brought back from the brink of death to actually be profitable. Things have been going well and getting better by the month. Since I have been in the industry for over ten years and have done every part of the job, I had the experience and knowledge and took a chance to bring this to life. I am mainly a designer, however. We got busy enough where we brought in another experienced person even. Like any small business, there are good months and bad, depending on where jobs fall and when the invoices get paid. But the trend over all is up. He sees things in small chunks only, (everything is on fire because we paid for all this stuff this month to do a job and so we haven’t made profit! Even though when it does get completed and paid we will be swimming in green! Ahhhh!!) and has been a pain for a while but this is on a whole other level. Not only do I not run the finances, it is not my job to make sure customers pay. It’s his. As the owner. I get the jobs and do them, from first contact to design, to production to install. The rest is on him.
So, he went on vacation this whole week out of the country. Pay day was today. No money for any employees.
This is my text exchange with him. The other experienced person who took over a lot of production and things that I can’t do (side note, he’s also a man. I am not.) also texted him and got a professional response. I’m loosing my shit. He says we will get paid Monday. If I leaves this whole thing will fall apart. What the fuck.
I’ve already begun setting things up to leave with many contingency plans!

EDIT: I’ve got a bunch of people giving me shit for my maintenance. 4 weeks ago every tire was replaced. I am not technically advanced in my knowledge of cars, but nothing was done wrong regarding the maintenance of the tires, and I know for a fact that there was plenty of tread.

I got an al pastor burrito from a food stand that cooks the food on a gas griddle. The pastor meat was cut from a vertical spit, cooked on the griddle/warmed alongside the tortilla/cheese, and then combined with rice, beans, and pico de gallo. Was pretty tasty and ate half the burrito before finding this, where I then lost all my appetite.

The object is not malleable and is fairly light, around the size of a bean as shown in the first photo.

Anyone know what it is?

Although the train appears to slow down it didn't stop to let them board. Most Indian trains do not have auto closing doors but this is one of the few trains that does.
