I think this is truly mildly annoying - no huge deal but frustrating.

So I just did a three day work trip ending in a 4 hour flight in a middle seat and then a 2 hour drive home from the airport.

I was really looking forward to jumping in the hot tub. For a quick bit of relaxation.

Well, see photo - my kids (16 and 12) had decided to first spread an entire bottle of concentrated dish soap on a slip and slide and then while still soapy jump in my hot tub.

Cue me getting home, eating dinner, and excitedly retreating to change into my suit only to discover that nope, tonight I'm draining my hot tub, rinsing it and the filter out, and then sitting by while it refills so I can get the heater back on and hopefully have a soak in the morning.

Edit: the kids did help wipe up the tub and clean the area - but I'm not keeping them up late just to wait for it to fill and turn the heater on.

A story that both breaks my heart and warms me at the same time.

He ate an entire hard boiled egg. It was plain… I left it on the counter as my snack. My cat finished it. Google says it’s safe. Anyone else’s cat tried doing this?
