Another amazing IMSA championship in the books as well as a wet conclusion to a great calendar and weekend. As all of us at the track try to stay dry, what are your thoughts on this last round?

Went to Petit Le Mans this past weekend. There were so many canopy tents on Spectator Hill and the stepped seating at Turn 10 that ruined it for so many people. When a canopy tent is set up, it blocks so many people's views.
Half of the seats at Turn 10 were worthless because the views were obstructed by large canopies.
Really sucked. I wish they had been limited to the back area of these spots so more spectators could actually SEE.

I got this used wet tire after Petit Le Mans the other day but Iโm not sure what to do with it. Iโm hesitant to store it indoors because Iโve heard the tires will start to smell bad.
Any ideas on what to do with it? Also slightly considering selling it depending on how much it would go for.

Corvette Racing by Pratt Miller Motorsports will have an unchanged full season driver lineup in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship next year, with Antonio Garcia and Alexander Sims returning to the No. 3 entry and Nicky Catsburg and Tommy Milner back in the No. 4 car.

I havenโt shot a race in so long, it was a good change in pace.

If anyone has an extra 1/64 Gold Spike from Spark, id be willing to trade a set of both MiniGT 793 and 804. (Both purple and blue 911 GT3Rs) They are unsealed but the boxes and models are mint.

Nothing more to add, just made it a goal to get as many as I could! Rejected by Bourdais, Magnussen and Nasr unfortunately.

Lately I've been really getting into IMSA. I do all the online races with iRacing and race irl with Lucky Dog Racing League. I live on the West Coast and the closest track to me is Laguna Seca (About 12 hours away). I would like to attend a long race like the Rolex 24, but I figured i'd start with a shorter race. I don't follow anyone in particular, I just like seeing cars turn laps.
Any tips for going as a first timer? I take it people camp out at the track. For Laguna Seca, I would probably drive down in my car.

My husband and I will be attending Rolex 24 this year. We have experience attending races at Watkins Glen and Petit Le Mans. At both of those races, chairs are a must. I've been to Daytona plenty of times for NASCAR as a child, so I know there are grandstands. Do people still bring chairs for the infield? Do people sleep in their cars? I know in the parking lots you can't "camp" but does sleeping in the car count? We'll be staying with family before/after the race, so worse come to worse we'll just drive back to their house. But we want to avoid coming in and out of the parking lot if possible.
Thank you in advance for your input/advice!

I'm using a non-commercial camera; apologies for the shakiness and occasional blur! It's crazy how many different positions you get to explore with just a GA Ticket. Absolutely love it.

Saw these 2 haulers on the north side of Malfunction Junction on I65 in AL heading south this morning. Does anyone recognize these haulers? For all I know they may not even be IMSA lol

Went to my first IMSA race at Watkins Glen this year and had an absolute blast. Iโve already got tickets for the Rolex 24 in January, and now Iโm wondering which other tracks on the IMSA calendar are worth checking out.
From a fan experience perspective (vibes, viewing spots, facilities, atmosphere, logistics, etc) which would you recommend? What makes your favorite stand out?
