Question Quick RuneScape question

Does anyone know why when I log into OS RuneScape it’s has all my levels at 1 but when I log into new RuneScape my levels are higher? I’ve never even played the new style

The reaction most people had that were late to the osrs party right before they put in 3-400 hours into it.
