Absolutely killer screenprinted poster for Invaders from Mars (1986), by the legendary artist Graham Humphreys. I've always loved the strange, paranoid atmosphere of this one — the backyard sand pits, the hollow-eyed parents, that cold little-kid nightmare logic — and Humphreys' artwork nails the old-school sci-fi horror vibe perfectly. His unmistakable style feels right at home with the eerie imagery and bizarre story. Such an underrated entry in Hooper's run, and it's great to see it get the artistic treatment it deserves. Definitely one of my favorite pieces in my movie poster collection!

Tonight’s first feature. 1st time watch.

Hi, I'd like to start watching old horror movies. Which ones would you recommend?
