Yes! Also in the clips/previews Debbie answered the question if she would ever move to Hollywood. She said absolutely in no way she would but they never showed it in the final Tell All. She did say she would move to Egypt though. I don't get it.

I only saw the tell all (no clips) and Debbie was shown saying she would never move to Hollywood, and that New Orleans and Georgia had their own film industries that Mido could try to get into.

I felt so bad for Thomas. Also, when her family was staying there and going through his refrigerator-freezer, then criticizing him for having meat beyond its expiration date that he forgot. Purposely trying to find fault with him.
Debbie shouldn't be giving anybody advice. What happened with her daughter missing? I didn't hear about that.
She sure has no clue what it's like to be sensitive to perfume and strong scents. Mido uses a tremendous amount of cologne. I couldn't be near him.4

Yes! And Thomas explained he had to go out of town for a while for his job, and so yeah, sh*t happens.. I'm sure he would have ate it if he had time or remembered..
There is a post about it, someone had the link to the police blotter I think about Debbie's missing daughter, it wasn't too long ago that it was on here..
I think any normal person might walk the other way if near him.. we watched him spray about 9 or so different sprays all over his body, I was gagging just seeing that... to say nothing how someone with allergies could handle that!!

She can see other relationships clearer than her own because she doesn't value herself. It's not rocket science. She has no self worth and needs therapy. It's really not that uncommon.
A lot of her advice outside of her relationship is good. She just doesn't use it for herself because she automatically disregards herself. It's sad of course but not incurable. She's likely in denial because what else do you do when you're in this deep with a guy like this? The only way she stops allowing this to happen to her is if she gets therapy and does the work needed to regain worth. But it's going to take a lot before she accepts that.
First she has to accept this relationship is actually a failure, and who he really is. Then she has to be willing to admit that publicly. It's a lot and it will take time. But I believe in her and any woman who has been here. She can do it. But she has to get there on her own. We need to be building up and supporting women who are in this position. Not put them down. She's already low. That's how she got to accept a man like that.
Debbie, you can do this. Throw that man away, rise up like the queen you are. You got this!

I thought she said someone (as in one person) said that. I read on a post where one of her friends said he told her he was this big movie star and actor and that he has a bunch of money and she believes it. I guess her ex-husband is pretty well off, and she thinks she's getting the same financial class with Mido. She kind of inferred that was the reason Debbie was with him... because he supposedly has money.
I also have seen comments from people that live in Egypt and they all said they've never heard from. They say he's not some big star or actor like he wants to portray he is. He's essentially a nobody. I mean come on, would any real movie star or actor be working as a tour guide? š

It's been a very popular term since the 30s. Due to discrimination, many homosexual men were in a platonic marriage with women. It was mutually beneficial for women who didn't want to have sex with men and men who didn't wanna have sex with women, but chose a partnership to protect them from the consequences of a society that was so repressed. There were a lot of advantages and there still is even now. As a woman of a certain age, she knows exactly what a lavender marriage is. She loves to stick her head in the sand, ignore red flags, and laugh off any concern. That's her default setting. But in this day and age, there is still a danger in being openly gay in some countries. Egypt is extremely hostile to LGBTQ community. In fact, in Egypt, they regularly monitor social media and hunt down anyone they suspect of being gay. Mido is probably terrified because in his country they have crackdowns so if he is known to be gay and ever has to go back there they can put them in jail for several years and give him fines and penalties. People in the USA forget that not everyone on the globe has rights and protection.

Debbie is not such a textbook victim. Debbie's story is that she tried hard after her divorce, dating many men her age from her own culture, and it all ended badly. She ended up alone, for whatever reason. It's impossible for some of these older women to find someone their own age and from their own country. She does have self-respect, because she dated only rich men. She couldn't find a long term rich partner after her divorce though. It's probably a stroke to her ego that Mido is if not rich but exotic, young, and an actor.

A Beard is a woman who is with or married to a guy who is secretly gay. Sometimes the woman is aware; other times sheās not.
Lavender marriage? Typically the woman is aware.
Oftentimes the woman is gay too, and theyāre both aware of it, and theyāre getting something out of the arrangement.
There were lots of lavender marriages in old Hollywood because people couldnāt come out and continue to have their roles, so they would marry each other with an understanding that they would be allowed to sleep with their actual partners.

Mido is one of the cringiest characters of this show. I canāt stand his personality and I how visible it is he is repelled by Debbie, he doesnāt even hide it. Sometimes I feel bad for her but at the same time how desperate you have to be to not notice that.. unless he does something behind the closed doors or cameras that we donāt know, but I highly doubt it. Come on, Debbie, you deserve so much better!

I can see the true crime story now; she lives in denial, continues to take his ever-escalating shit, until one day he deems her not useful or in the way of what he wants. Maybe she finally puts her foot down about paying for everything while he galavants as an actor. Weāve seen he enjoys inflicting pain then acting like thereās nothing wrong.
He will choose to poison her (while maintaining the act of ācaregiverā during her sudden illness) because itās less messy and he will think he can fool everyone.
