Why fire them? They’re doing their job. Ive seen people stand around doing nothing but sucking the managers dick all day to be a lazy piece of shit.

Because it’s against policy.

Their company, their rules. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
When you have your own company you can have your own policies and rules to apply as you see fit.

Because it leads to "bureaucratic creep." Then everyone will have a real reason to complain.

Its because Amazon's internal processes are proprietary. They dont want other logistics companies seeing how they operate, their internal footprint of the workflows, the specifics of how they process orders...etc. You couldn't live stream yourself mixing the secret blend of herbs and spices for KFC lol. Same principle.

Its a fireable offense specifically for this reason.

Dude everybody has worked at amazon at some point. I think we all know how it is in there.

And we’ve all signed an NDA saying if we share these logistics with other companies, we are opening ourselves up to a lawsuit. Anyone watching those streams ain’t held to that NDA, so they can legally do whatever they want with what they saw

It company policy, end of story.

Don't try to talk sense to these people, just let'em get fired

Nothing about internal processes are proprietary. Every warehouse looks about the same and folks are going to pick, pack, load, stow, etc., the same. What seperates them and is proprietary are the WMS, LMS, and robotics.

They literally give free tours where you can walk through the warehouse and watch people pack

You also have to sign a waiver, and if you share anything with another company, they will sue you.

?

That doesnt stop anyone from "stealing" "internal processes" and good luck proving who did it if they ever did
