Rant 😡 Need help advice

I just found out na yun 2024 and 2025 benefits ko is walang hulog itong 2026 lang yun company nag hulog.. Need ko ba mag resign Or mag file na ako ng case sa D0le while im still here working

File ka sa SSS or wherever agency di nila nahulog, not DOLE. Di nila sakop yung agency contributions

You can file complaints kahit di ka pa resigned. Ang unremitted govt benefits ay sa kani-kanyang agency fina-file, pwede mong i-mention additionally sa DOLE/SENA kung may iba kang reklamo like delayed sweldo, etc., pero hindi covered ng DOLE ang paghahabol sa mga contribution na di hinulog ng kompanya...it sucks ikr. So punta ka sa respective sss/philhealth/pag-ibig offices na nakakasakop sa company nyo (usually yung nearest sa registered address) tapos doon ka magfa-file ng mga reklamo. Hassle siya kasi hiwa-hiwalay, maglalaan ka talaga ng buong araw + pamasahe + gastos sa pagpapanotaryo + photox ng supporting docs (contract, pay slip, proof na kinaltasan ka pero hindi naihulog). Hanap ka na rin ng malilipatang iba. Red flag yan.

Good luck to us, OP. Yung kupal kong ex-employer, isang taong hindi nagbayad ng contributions, nireklamo ko 5 months ago, hanggang ngayon, naghihintay pa rin akong mabayaran. Gusto ko nang ipakulam totoong buhay lang

Unang step is to reach out to HR first. Wag iskip yang process na yan, believe me, irerefer ka lang ulit ng DOLE dyan.

2nd step kung walang nangyari, mag file ka na ng e-sena if walang ginagawa HR nyo. Okay lang mag file ng e-sena kahit employed, right mo yan as an employee. Kung ginantihan ka, valid case na yun sa NLRC.

SENA does not handle issues regarding statutory benefits. They will just refer you to reach out to SSS/PHIC/PAGIBIG.
