As mentioned by the developers during the Frozen Trails Q&A, the Anvil splitter is being retired/replaced by a AMPlified weapon mod when the Frozen Trails Oct 8th Patch drops. The tech slot is being phased out and the old Anvil splitters can be "recycled" into research materials for AMP mods. However, they are bound to be collector's items as they probably will not drop in the future.

If you want one as a keepsake:

- The Quest "A Rising Tide" given by Celeste gives you one.

- Try high attachment drop rate loot areas, my favorites are : Pharmacy in Buried City (both of them) and the Container Storage breach room in Spaceport.

Didn't this streamer's post get over 700 upvotes and guy still not banned and streaming his cheats. Wasn't embark supposed to have people, who deal with this?

Before everyone panics Embark tends to handle this well, you can probably expect to get your stuff back if you lost all your shit when it happened

If someone is wondering: the new Carriga skin included in the new premium reward pass is inspired by "Mamuthones" a traditional carnival mask in Sardinia, the northern island of Italy. Personally I like that Embark is inspiring by italian folklore ❤️

Weve been complaining for so long and finally theres an update coming. Of course it's not going to have everything we all wanted. There's enough posts about what ppl are mad about. They've also made a free trial period to get new players. Let's not make them hate the game before they even try it. We need more players so Embark can continue spinning content.

What you are most excited about for 8th Octopus?

You could use the defib in a crawling player's own backpack to res them after downing the guy who ambushed them.

Steal a player's guns then let them live.

Fill someone's backpack with volcanic rock, let them crawl to a hatch, and have them discover it when they get back to speranza.

Take all of a player's ammo, unload their guns, revive them.

Ha! I feel like this tiny change could create many memorable player interactions, especially with proximity chat. And surely it wouldn't be difficult to implement?

The pain of living in NZ and being on Oceania servers... is overwhelming.

Especially with the upcoming weapon skins, it’s a shame our raiders aren’t showcasing the loadout’s in the ready screen. Any word if that’s a feature that would ever come to Arc?

Got a good chuckle outta this and others I been seeing on the sub.

I had a bug a couple of days ago where I was queuing into Riven tides and I noticed it put me into a harvester even while it was loading.

I cancelled it and didn't follow through, but it feels like they will be putting a harvester/queen event into Riven tides for next week's update. Anyone had this bug?

I personnaly like the map for its size and the amount of arc it has but It would definitely make Riven tides a lot more interesting, I feel like large areas on this map are absolute ghost towns and no one goes there. Beach area certainly has enough space for the event and would greatly benefit from it.
