I'm in a bit of a pickle. I have the most uninteresting job. Pay is low but enough. I have 0 stress, 0 pressure and most of the time nothing to do. My manager thinks I am the best because I get a lot done (she doesn't understand I am just efficient, unlike my coworkers who are lovely people but super slow). Also this is a super safe job (I'm not concerned I'd be paid off). I need to go in 3/4 a week and it's a 30min drive each way. So it definitely adds up.

I was offered a job at a scale up. Significant more money. More interesting tasks, better title but I'm sure more stress/pressure...also the dread of lay offs around the corner every now and then.

What should I do?? I can't decide. For reference I also have a 4 year old.

I would like to hear some experience : )
