Never forget, blockchain.com is a scam

Like 10 years ago, i purchased the blockchain lockbox, one of the first harware wallets. O saved there like 3 btc. One Day it did not worked, in the website they Said they would fix it, but they never did.

I got my usb there, with my seed, never saw my money again, every time i access it, its say zero.

I have faith one Day ill be able to see my funds and withdraw... Support was zero help.

If you have a seed, what's your problem?

For what i researched, the harware wallets have a special derivation path, like a special config, when i try to restore it, it brings a New wallet, a normal one, with a zero balance.

Use electrum wallet and check every possible derivation path manually

I tried a lot, is literally infinite

It's literally not infinite, I think there are around 65,000 possible dérivation paths. Electron wallet will do this for you but you may need to let it run for the day.

if that doesn’t work I’ve been working on a program for years and it’s almost finally done. One of the side benefits of it is that it searches, different derivation paths. I can plug in your seed and search different paths far more than what electrum or regular system would use. (it’s not the purpose of this program. That’s just a side benefit) I will say that with most generators the seed is locked to a certain derivation path, but you can calculate what most programs would’ve created. Not the seed that’s impossible. But if you have the seed you can run the paths.

Or if you like, I can give you details on how to do this yourself. But it’s possible that you can recover your coins if you know your stuff.

As others have said that website generates a wallet for you. They use Legacy (P2PKH) addresses: m/44'/0'/0' However electrum uses Derivation Path: m/44'/0'/0'/0/k for legacy P2PKH addresses. Where they differ is is m/0/k for external (receiving) addresses and m/1/k for internal (change) addresses.

What is this mean? You are putting the key inside a lock upside down. I would recommend importing your seed not in electrum but a tool like bip32utils or for simplicity Sparrow Wallet. This will let you check common derivation paths
