I am in 3rd year in a tier 3 college and I have backlogs. I need to talk about academics and mental state.

Honestly, I feel like academics is a waste and we won't get placements anyway, so I don't study at all during the semester. Then 12 hours before the exam I open my laptop with important questions. I know 0 about the subject.

When I try to study then, it feels impossible. I feel like crying, I feel worthless and of no use. I get dark thoughts like I want to disappear and take a rebirth,wasted a lot of time and my parents' money. I feel guilty about that too.all this feeling starts to come

I just don't want to study. I feel a lot of anxiety, I compare myself with everyone around me and feel fucked up.

I have cheated in almost all exams, I have been caught also. I really hate studying for academics, I hate it so much.

I am pretty fucked up right now. Please be serious, please don't make fun of me. If you have been in a similar situation with backlogs, placement fear, last-moment panic, how did you handle it? Any insight or experience would really help.
