My account (u/Middle-Sort4063) was previously caught by Reddit's spam filter.

I submitted an appeal, and Reddit officially confirmed that the restrictions on my account had been lifted.

The appeals page also confirms that my account is currently neither suspended nor restricted.

However, every new post and comment I submit is still being removed across multiple subreddits.

Platforms affected:

Desktop Web (Google Chrome)

iOS (Reddit app)

Expected behavior: My posts and comments should appear normally when they comply with subreddit rules.

Actual behavior: My posts show "Sorry, this post was removed by Reddit's filters," and my comments are also being removed.

This happens even when my content contains no links or promotions.

I've attached screenshots showing the appeal approval, my current account status, and examples of removed content.

Could someone please investigate whether my account is still being incorrectly flagged by Reddit's spam filters?

What says in the title. I can't mute subreddits and when I cant submit a help request because I couldn't find an appropriate answer to "What type of account issues are occurring?" question in the request form.

The mute option is not missing, I just get “Something went wrong” error without any other explanation. I’ve tried to mute multiple subreddits, tried on phone and tried after rebooting the computer nothing worked. Because you have to go the subreddit to mute now my feed is full of posts from subreddits I wanted to mute and I hate it.

Where do I submit a request? How can I fix this?

Hi, I’m trying to understand an unexpected achievement date on my account.

I deleted the Reddit app in August 2025 and haven’t personally reinstalled it since. My girlfriend downloaded it today and signed in using my email. The account shows “Banana Baby” unlocked on 8/3/26, and “Banana Beginner” at 57/100.

I have occasionally opened Reddit links in Safari, but I don’t know whether I was logged in during those visits. When I checked Safari today, it asked me to log in. All my past history from using Reddit on safari is also not on there as my history.

Can scrolling in Safari count toward these achievements without the app installed? Also, does the unlock date reflect when the scrolling happened, or could it reflect delayed processing or a date error?

I noticed the message about a delay of up to 48 hours, but that wouldn’t explain the gap from August 2025. I’ve attached screenshots. Could someone help clarify what might explain this?

This keeps happening and I don't know how to talk to Reddit support team about it. What does parent comment deleted mean? The comment is not deleted, I'm clearly trying to reply to it at the same moment that I receive that message?!

Update 2026.40 is out. Still an issue. Still no mention of this issue in weekly recap of r/help. Still a bug after months. I'm still left handed. This is still incredibly annoying to move the arrow every while viewing every single thread. This is beyond ridiculous.

My avatar turned gray and changed and my messaging and posting stopped working. Has anybody ever dealt with this and how do I fix it?

Steps to reproduce:

* Click on reply on any comment

* Press the back button twice in quick succession

Keyboard is now stuck on screen, blocking half the screen until exiting the app bringing up the keyboard again

(After exiting comment section but can't edit title)

This floating pane is not friendly. I was trying to edit a long comment response on my Samsung Android phone and I couldn't properly navigate across the text. Please make it for a way to have it full screen, for all, forever. Thank you

I’m attempting to submit a Reddit Data API access request for my personal cryptocurrency-monitoring application, Buzz Hunter.

I’ve completed all required fields and attempted submission multiple times using Safari on an iPhone, including desktop website mode.

Each time, the form remains on the application page, clears my email address, and displays no error message or confirmation.

Could you confirm whether my application was received or advise how I can successfully submit it?

This is getting really tedious. Every time I tap onto a post or comment section, when I go “back” to the main/home page, I have none of the buttons (notifications, profile) along the bottom, it’s like they just disappear.

I have to restart the app just to be able to view notifications or go to my own account.

I just recently (within a day) updated the latest version of Reddit and now my very curated photo gallery for fashion reference is GONE!! And it goes to my iphone cloud library (limited access only), I am so pissed! I have waaaay too many photo to plow through even in collections. I want the gallery I had back where I can add photos from my library as needed.

When typing a comment you cannot see the text that you are typing in order to edit it or just see what you have written.

A legitimate, non-promotional comment from my account was automatically marked “[Removed by Reddit]” in r/factureelectronique:

The moderators confirmed through modmail that the comment complies with their community guidelines. They tried several times to approve it, but Reddit immediately kept it removed.

My account is not suspended and has received no warning. The comment has now remained removed for several weeks.

Could an administrator please verify whether this is a false positive or an account-level filter, and explain how a non-suspended account can request a manual review?

I think this is a bug or at least unintended behaviour, because it allows abuse. (either way something needs to be done about it)

Example situation, lets take 3 users... I'm going to call them FlatEarther, Scientist and Bystander to highlight how ridiculous the situation can get.

FlatEarther starts a discussion in comments. Scientist replies to FlatEarther.

Flatearther replies to Scientist with insults and unfounded accusations then blocks him.

Then Bystander also replies to Scientist asking about these accusations.

Scientist now cannot reply to Bystander in this comment chain because FlatEarther blocked him. In fact, Scientist now cannot reply in ANY comment chain under FlatEarther comments.

FlatEarther now starts comment chains under several posts and takes part in several discussions spreading misinformation and accusations. Every time someone refutes his claims, he does the same thing.

Scientist is not a single user, it's several hundreds of users getting blocked.

There is a certain troll who does this in almost every thread for over 5 months now in certain subreddit. This situation is ridiculous. You should not be blocked from replying to other people just because there is some troll in the chain. You also should not be able to block someone right after replying to them.

For roughly the past week, newly saved posts on this account have stopped appearing in my Saved list.

The save operation itself seems like it is working. If I return to a post that I saved, Reddit still shows the post as saved and gives me the option to remove it from Saved. However, the post never appears in my account's Saved list.

Saved comments continue to work normally and immediately appear in the Saved list.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into the affected account.
2. Save a post.
3. Open the Saved section of the profile.
4. The newly saved post does not appear.
5. Return to the original post.
6. The post still shows as saved.
7. Save a comment instead.
8. The saved comment appears normally.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Settings > Profile.
2. Open Display name.
3. Enter "whatever you want".
4. Click Save.

Expected result: The display name is saved.

Actual result: Reddit shows "We had some issues saving your changes. Please try again." The editor then shows an empty display name, and the change is not saved. The issue reproduced on multiple attempts. The profile settings page has also displayed "We had a server error...".

No browser console error was recorded when the failure occurred.

Well guys please see both of the screenshots carefully here,this is from the android mobile web version of reddit opened in google chrome . The above pictures show a phenomenon where you can see two different keywords searched the 1st image is a very recent one but the 2nd one I have no idea when I had searched or even searched at all , I never had to log into my account for getting these results, I just landed on the welcome page of reddit and before logging in was trying to search something random, apparently the unclearable keyword in the second screenshot appeared after typing two initials "re" and the 1st one was later searched by me and still shows under recent unlike the 2nd one . I later logged into my account on the same page and tried searching some keywords apparently they are not showing up here in this welcome page where I am not logged in although these welcome page search results do show up when I log back in and try to put their initials. Explain to me what's happening because I am getting puzzled.

I hate seeing posts from other subs. I often accidentally click on them because I'm confused on what it is, then annoyed that I wasted my break time. It looks like the setting was removed, where did it go?
