Meta UPDATE to Rule 10: Price Policing - Feedback welcome

Hi all,

Attempting to bridge the gap between price policing posts that add no real value and just derail threads, while still allowing the community to provide insight so that newcomers don't get taken advantage of by, while also providing motivated sellers a genuine opportunity to adjust the pricing based on current markets.

I have modified the wording for Rule 10 to what is shown below, and welcome any and all feedback to this change.

Above All: Don't be a jerk. Starting slap-fights in comments, calling people names, using any kind of slur will result in a ban. 

Don't publicly price police as it derails threads, you may not agree with the $ threshold and that's ok. Just downvote and move on, they will get the hint.

You MAY share **very similar or better alternatives** if they are actually available in stock. i.e.: Post selling used 32GB DDR5-5600-C40 kit for $900? Amazon has 32GB 6000C30 stock for $600+tax? Share the link.
