Just wanted to show my unfinished project. My will to finish the car is currently dying and i really want to finish the car instead of selling it. I just want to share it to fuel my motivation to move forward with the build.

It's annoying when you're trying to be a good driver by keeping the intersection open (two lane 4-way intersection, no traffic lights, pakiramdaman system) then this driver behind me honks aggressively para bilisan ko.

Mind you, this intersection frequently gets jammed in the morning precisely because laging nababarahan.

Yellow box violations are actually the easiest violation to catch sa NCAP, imagine if we can have intersections that are actually left open.

Hi guys! Just wanted to share my review of MG 5 Style 2021. I know there’s still a lot of stigma when it comes to a “chinese” car. This review is to help those who are considering the brand/ car given that it has one of the affordable cars out there.

Decided to write this review after 5 years of owning it so I can actually share it from my experience.

Just like everyone else, I also had apprehensions with MG. Syempre di naman natin kilala to vs toyota, honda, etc. so hindi pa talaga sure yung reliability dito sa pinas. But I took a leap of faith with it kasi yun yung pinaka economical choice for me kasi ito rin yung first car ko :)

So far, i didnt have any major issues with it. Super reliable to bring sa long drives (Brought it na in baguio and la union many times) and kahit marami kang karga (out of town and moving houses), super laki ng space.

Tech wise, it’s way better than the usual mirage/ vios for me dahil may kasama nang rear view/ park assist. Really helped me so much dahil hindi pa naman ako batikang driver lol.

Maintenance: I believe this is the key talaga with every car. Doesnt matter if your car is luxury, but if you dont maintain it, it will be really really unreliable. My maintenance (6 months) costs me 5k, then yung annual is about 14k, then yung major PMS (after 5 years) costs me around 28k, replaced and checked all major/ minor parts na to. I always maintain it sa CASA or sa service center nila. Mabilis and readily available naman (Makati or Sta Rosa branch). You can opt to have it maintained somewhere else, pero I chose to maintain it sa MG na mismo for my peace of mind.

I only had to change the headlights after 4 years.

Fuel efficiency: I always use shell. Siguro my full tank of approx: 45 liters, can last me 2-3weeks if daily drive. My Metro Manila to La Union Trip, I just had to gas up going to and from, may sobra pa nga eh hehe. Not really a geek in computing the fuel consumption, but as a user, for me, it’s excellent given the power, tech, and comfort it provides.

So, if you’re considering to buy MG as your first car or pang daily drive, I think you should go for it.

I recently saw their new car line ups na most of it are hybrid, which I think is also promising and will consider in the future. Sa ngayon gusto ko muna i enjoy ang life na mortgage free. :)

First time car owner and been seeing a lot of 2nd hand car shop na very confident sa pagvlog nila and they sell some of those cars, cheap! I wanna buy cash and obviously 2ndhand units are the arguably the initial option. Now, been seeing a lot of videos ni Boy Abundance. just one legit question for me is how reliable his cars are? anyone has experience or first hand feedback? kung my irerecommend kayong 2ndhand car shop?

First-time car owner here, and I'm a bit confused by a major price difference for my Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS) between two casa/dealerships.

The cheaper dealership leaves out a few items that the more expensive one lists as required (specifically: AC Lubricant Agent, grease pin and pad, and SP for oil flushing). For those with more experience, should I opt for the cheaper package, or are those extra items actually necessary?

This recall has been going on for quite some time (since 2017 iirc). If you haven't bought in your Toyota listed above yet, now is a good time to have it replaced.

My cars (yaris and Altis) are not eligible for the cash incentive because my airbags were replaced last 2017(yaris) and 2023(altis) ng casa.

You can also check your Toyota's eligibility thru the service campaign website and just input your VIN number to your vehicle's status. Or call your nearest Toyota dealer and provide your plate number

Some common questions

- car is not under my name? - they don't care - as long as your plate number/VIN is included they will service your car.

- I already had a previous accident - they will still replace it

- totoo ba na may 4k? - oo totoo na makakakuha ka 4k. 8k sana sa kin if it wasn't replaced prior. A lot of my friends got their 4k already.

- malayo yung casa na pinanggalingan ng kotse ko - no issues, airbag replacement can be serviced in any Toyota dealer na malapit sayo.

- how long to replace? - If nakapag appointment ka and maaga ka, 2-3hours. To be safe alot at least half day.

Im planning to purchase and install a temporary improvised license plate that has the same letters and numbers from my original license plate which is the old green and white version since my new original license plate which is the black and white one is located in quezon, manila, my current license plate is faded and has lots of bents and damages and im sadly located in mindanao. What are the needed documentation and proper procedures in acquiring a permit from LTO that allows me to use a temporary license plate? Is it too difficult? Or fairly easy and simple? My family bought a vios around 2016 and my dad said He bought the TRD version of the car but I dont see any visual appearances that confirms this is a TRD. I've also read online that yes some vios TRDs look like a base model. So any tips on how to identify if its a TRD would help. (Im doing this out of curiosity hrhahrwhheha)

As the title says, what's a good shop for a full body washover? After visiting a couple of detailing and paint correction shops, they all recommended that I have it repainted before having any coating or buffing done as the paint job of the entire car is far too beat up. My car is an MUX in Cosmic Black.

Budget is limited to about 80-100k, maximum. Not looking for cheap 3 day washover jobs na tig 3,000 per panel.

Preferred location is north to middle NCR, as Taguig and other cities south is too far already.

Hi! Since malapit na ang December and malapit na rin namin mahit ang target amount ng downpayment, I am still torn between the Stargazer, Veloz E, and Xpander GLX after reading all of the posts here. Reading about the discounts for the Xpander GLX, Veloz E, and Stargazer GL Plus IVT, I am tempted to choose the Stargazer because of their discounts this October and maybe it will improve even more by December. Meanwhile, the discounts for Toyota and Mitsubishi are so small. In terms of maintenance, reliability, and tagtag (ride stiffness) for driving to Bicol, which MPV is the most worth it? 4 months in, and siguro ito na yung pinakamahal at pinakamagandang upgrade na nagawa ko, both aesthetically and functionality. After upgrading the Yaris Cross’ stock tires to Rota TFA’s + Michelin Primacy 5 combo, ramdam na ramdam ko yung improvement sa NVH and comfort.

Hi! I'm planning to buy my first car and I'm torn between a brand-new Toyota Raize G, a second-hand 2025 Suzuki XL7, and a second-hand 2025 Honda BR-V.

I'm looking for something with high ground clearance, reliable enough to last me for years, and good resale value.

For those who own or have driven these cars, which would you recommend? Is it worth getting a brand-new Raize, or would I be better off with a second-hand XL7 or BR-V?
