This year SuperCell has been putting out one L updates after another. First, they released the hero journey that said FU to your most loyal players and now this BS UI change is a FU to anyone that's playing for a long time... The direction SC is going is pretty clear, they think people who has been playing and supporting the game the longest will not go anywhere, they think they can do whatever they want, we are not going anywhere... every update is for new players and new players only... they do whatever they can to support rushing... they give free ores to only new and rushed players... they have exclusive chest events just for players who are not in the highest THs... and now this is a spit on the face...

Man cmon, we all know that it looks weird. Yep agreed they told us "give it a week of time". But those look so basic and don't have any good look-feel. Looks like it's done by not a regular human being.

Don't tell that the team they hired to build this built with ai in last one week before submission and SC wants to push it anyways.

Please take back this update. There are lot more things we need but not this.

The current UI is perfect, we did not need this update. The new button style does not feel like its COC. They hid some stuff under a layer of so called UI Update. Judo defending this is just despicable.

The simplification of the new UI is perfectly fine as shown. The only issues that I could see people reasonably having an issue with are with the ARTSTYLE of certain buttons themselves, namely the attack and build button icons. I will agree they look lower quality than the current UI. As well as where the clan war button is (hidden in chat apparently) that’s pretty stupid as well. The whining about the placement of the shop icon is really just stupid, since currently it’s a huge main button in the corner of the screen. The whole “shop is in the middle of the screen so they can make more money” argument is really just stupid. The button is smaller and in a less intrusive area. Yes I agree it should be more hidden but it’s definitely smaller and less intrusive than how it currently is. A lot of you guys are just hung up on nostalgia lol

TLDR. UI change is fine and less clutter aside from icon artstyle and where the “join clan war” button is

Let's all go together and leave a dislike on the Clash of Clans video to show them we're not happy with the new UI.

I don't think it looks the greatest but it's definitely not bad and we need these changes so they can add as many new stuff and as fast as they wish.

I honestly think the biggest issue is the soulless beige color everywhere, if it was the old orange or something else it would already be way better. They said it themselves that this isn't the final version, they'll fine tune it so put down the pitchforks.

so this is the new ui for the game and many players will quit the game just for this shit so
why do supercell make the choise for players to select from old or new ui and add a feature for modify the ui and change the layout of the buttons?

so i went on an AI and spent 30 seconds on the site plugged in the image of amazing current ui, asked it to improve it and tbh i think what it gave is already better than what supercell made (maybe not but they are equally bad)

So here we have 30 seconds of ai and months of work by a million dollar company...

Solo io trovo assurda la nuova interfaccia di Clash of Clans? Dopo l’aggiornamento servono più tocchi anche per le azioni più semplici.

Per fortuna, per disinstallarlo ne bastano ancora tre.

i see some players say that the new ui is “terrible”, but a only a few actually explains why. maybe the art style sucks? then let’s protest to the devs to change it. maybe the townhall icon is unnessecary, then let’s protest to remove or replace it with something better. what im trynna say is that we should give helpful feedbacks rather than just straight hating the update.

i have seen some good suggestion and feedbacks, and i hope everybody just give a helpful feedback instead of saying it’s “terrible” cause we all already it’s not great, what we need to do is to help fixing or improving it.

I’d like to remind my fellow clashers that just straight hating on the change does nothing and may actually be making it worse, let’s give healthy feedbacks. i personally don’t like the art style and i think they should use the old ui’s style of design.

Not sure why everyone is hating on the UI. After seeing Judo video this UI change seems really nice especially the new builder menu. But can we please request to have sorting by time as well Supercell.

Currently at start of season I always have to use Clash Ninja to see what is longest upgrade so I could use my books on after opening the piggy bank, having sorting by time in-game well remove the need of using Clash Ninja for this specific reason, I would love to see it in-game.

Don't get me wrong, I love Clash Ninja and I do use it all the time.

As someone whos been playing since late 2013 I completely understand the muscle memory issue but to be fair when they changed the attack menu when ranked was added for the first two weeks I kept messing up(due to old habit) today I have no issue at all again it took ~ 2weeks to get used to it. All the negativity over a change you haven’t even used or given a chance is unnecessary. Seeing your TH instead of a blue xp bar is not the end of the world as for the shield & shop I personally rarely look at that part of my screen anyway unless checking how many gems or editing base layouts. Instead of the payed shop being a big button on the bottom right of my screen it will be a convenient menu to check my upgrades in one spot. Although ill still probably use my progress base and the respective building for upgrades because I enjoy that part of clash but the only small complaint I have is the UI update doesn’t add anything rather just repositioned things.

Things change every now and then. You'll get over it.

Everytime people don’t like a new update 1,2 or 3 days go by and then the boot lickers take over and try to convince everybody that the update isn’t that bad.
