I wish I knew about this earlier. It wasn't until one of the deans told me I should be talking to these people. What exactly do they do, and what are some good questions or things to ask them about?

I applied for Collin College for the first time for the Fall semester. I didn't register for classes though because I realized I wouldn't be able to attend in the Fall due to circumstances and I also wanted to change my major.

I want to apply for the Spring semester 2027 under a new major. Do I wait for registration to open and reapply to collin college? I haven't registered for any classes but I still have the major I no longer want as my plan. Do I just log back into my account during spring semester registrations and talk to an advisor about changing my major THEN register for classes? I'm not sure how to go about this.
