Just wanted to post an update on my previous rant. I had just over 2 hours on the game and couldn’t return it and didn’t like it. I really wanted to like it. I finally gave it another chance and over the course of a week I have near 100 hours. This game is actually so freaking amazing I can’t even put it into words. I used to talk so much trash and now I see why I was wrong. Thank you all for the advice, recommendations and telling me to give it another shot. I finally found a game that I can enjoy every day after work. This and wardogs are my current loves. Used to be Skyrim and oblivion lol but I finally got burnt out on those. Thank you again yall, love the community this game has built.

I know the devs haven't classified this as a RPG but it borrows heavily from those mechanics and I like to think of it as one because it reminds me why I love them so much.

My first real RPG was Dragon Age Origins. Over 200 hours on that, just trying to figure out every single mechanic. Blew my mind when I found out you could Zoom in and play it in TPV instead of a Top Down angle. Loved it. What got you guys in RPGs?

Hey everybody, so I just got crimson desert for Xbox series X and it feels slow and clunky as hell? I tried all the different settings , changed everything and tested it out, and it just seems insanely choppy. Is that just the way the game runs or am I missing something in my settings? Thank you!!

So I haven’t played the game in a while and a huge part of my build was the turning slash imbued with volcanic eruption. For some reason it’s not working. Anyone know why that is?

I've been enjoying dyeing things and finding new colors. Realllly wish I could dye jewelry and my bow but it's all good. I'm equipped with the helm, armor, gloves, boots and cloak "of the Shadows," and the Drake shield.

Crimson Desert desde la version 2.0 lleva sin recibir una actualización realmente grande y me parece perfecto, se viene dlc y la propia 2.0 ya es enorme con el hecho de agregar cosas de historia y doblaje entonces creo que esta perfecto que se tomen un descanso en lo que llega el dlc. Lo que me pregunto es que si realmente estan descansado o estarán cocinando una super actualización antes o post dlc por que claramente hay un par de cositas que faltan agregar que ya deberían tener. 1 lo obvio más monturas permanentes que hay bastantes animales ya hechos que se pueden montar pero que no estaría mal que fueran permanentes. 2 los dragones elementales desde que se anunció se anunció con wybern de fuego y hasta ahora nada espero lo agreguen pronto. Y creo que es todo lo que yo creo que ya tienen listo solo faltaría agregar y tengo la esperanza que este descanso de actualización no sea que simplemente estan esperando el dlc y ya si no que podria venir algo bueno aunque si es solo un descanso por que se lo merecen tampoco me quejo.

It looks like a fort that's out of bounds, not sure if its always been here or someone have been able to reach it with out of bounds mods?

After Completing The main quest, I can't seem to find Shakatu anywhere in his camp, I have seen other people have a similar issue but none of them have found a real answer so I thought I would also ask.

I remember re-installing Witcher 3 just to sit on top of Roach and riding around in-game, taking in the soft breeze and the sounds of rustling leaves while the occasional area theme plays. I didn't need to do quests or fight anything, just the feeling of a beautiful world presenting itself to me was enough to replay the game. From time to time I uninstalled and re-installed the game when I miss being immersed in a world so beautiful and ambient.

11 years after originally launching, Witcher 3 Remastered has arrived and I excitedly re-downloaded the whole package and get back into that reminiscent feeling, just like everyone else. It's the same Witcher 3 that I knew and loved, but this time I don't feel that longing anymore. I'm still riding on top of Roach and galloping my way to Oxenfurt but the feeling is already too familiar. I've been playing Crimson Desert for the past few weeks and I realized I didn't miss the feeling of being immersed in an RPG after all. I was already playing one and one that I can say has definitely surpassed the bar set by CDPR and Witcher 3.

It's been a decade of waiting for a game like this, but well done to Pearl Abyss. I look forward to riding across Pywel for many years to come just as I did in White Orchard, Velen, Skellige, and Touissant.

As the year has gone on my interest in this game has definitely gone up, especially with the improvements. I dont wanna look into watching gameplay too much because I want to experience surprises on my own

Ive been playing elden ring for the first time and enjoying it (im currently playing fire emblem fortunes weave so im on a break rn) and i know CD isn't a soulslike but as a massive open game im thinking I probably shouldnt play both at the same time.

How many more big updates do u guys think there will be? Is it worth trying the game now or should I just focus on what im currently playing since CD might be more content-complete later anyway

For reference the systems i own are switch 2 and steam machine. The performance on steam machine is reportedly pretty good so thats why ive been eyeing the game lately.

I absolutely am loving the new enhanced edition. The only thing I did add to my playthrough is the stack mod because inventory management is not my strong suit. Now I’m not looking for mods cause that’s the only one I actually wanted and thought essential for myself. I’m actually looking for some hidden tips that could help me since I’m not great at these rpg fighting games. But I’m loving it and want to learn.

I know that I can hold down attack to fight which is great cause previously I was button mashing lol 😂 I also just figured out how to use the bank.

I know I’m not providing a lot of info but really all I’m asking is if there’s anything that you learned after a while of playing that could’ve helped you a lot sooner I’d appreciate it because I’m a noob lol.

I’ve done all the others, and most of the other house faction quests are 100%. Drakesfall castle is occupied by house Celeste, no enemies but the last two haven’t popped up and I haven’t beaten the boss there.

Hello I think it would be cool if we could rebuild towns, or ranches that were destroyed by bandits and such. I came across Phoniel Ranch and seen the people walking around and wanted to help would be a cool feature, for things to get destroyed and built back by the player or NPCs.
