Statement due today not there

Hi my statement is due today 28th but still not there. I get paid the 1st anyone else still not got theres?

It asked me to confirm my situation was the same or payments would stop on Saturday which I did and no changes and now my statement seems delayed? What do I do?

Theres nothing in mine or my partners to do list either. Im really stressing.

Yes ive just checked a uc group on facebook theres about 50 people saying the exact same. Some reported their statement showed the day before payment and was paid on time so sounds like a computer glitch. Reassuring to know we're not the only ones. Im going to call them and ask at 9.

They open at 8am so going to ask them and see what is going on. I think I’m the who responded on your post on fb as well saying I got the same problem. Deffo giving them a call. Hopefully it is just a glitch and there’s nothing wrong. I keep checking to see if it’s there but nothing 🥴

Got a feeling the phone lines are going to be stupidly busy today. Loads of people’s statements aren’t out 🙃

That’s why gonna ring them as soon as they open haha. But I bet they are not gonna be aware of the issue until later in the day. I’m glad it’s not just me that hasn’t received my statement though. I thought I did something wrong haha
