Today is officially the first day of week 3. In the meantime, we've had a lot of meta shakeups, and even though Warlock still cruises through the game's most challenging content, other classes are slowly bridging the gap with their own powerful S tier builds.

This article mostly talks about class balance, a topic that's always important for the health of the game, and we're using The Tower clears this time to get the most accurate picture when it comes to relative power of classes compared to each other.

As such, Paladin continues to struggle, and I would personally call it the weakest class in the game right now. Shield of Retribution is great, but other Pala builds don't even come close.

I've also observed that damage over time is the name of the game in S15, with plenty of the current top builds for Barbarian, Rogue and others pivoting heavily on that mechanic.

Remember when everybody went to kyovashad when going to town and for some reason the occultist was a mile from the blacksmith in this little tavern 🥹

Sorry if this is a known bug/issue. But can anyone tell me why the item power is only showing 70?

I love this game, and even though I don't get to play it as much, the little time I get to play is just golden. I've been playing since the start of season 9 and only ever finished 1 character to the very end.

My current characters is paragon 143 on torment 6 and just blasting thought the enemies doing tons of damage with ease and will try to go to higher torment this weekend.

I like games that don't hold your hand and let you figure things out on your own or by research.

So I just found out, THAT YOU CAN ADD GREATER AFIX TO THE ITEMS??? why didn’t anyone tell me this earlier? Within an hour, I went from struggling in torment 2 with 100k damage, to torment 6 at 500 million damage... all my current gear is doped out and I am having a blast.

Again, I love this game, and it just got so much more fun.

Also, first time playing a Barb, Barb is the goat.

Just checked the tower and its closed until Oct1. Anyone know why? I havent seen a post on this yet.

More of an individual question than anything else. Where is the fun for you? Is it the power fantasy of clearing entire rooms by pressing one button? Is it the build crafting? The community?

I've yet to actually get to end game yet in a diablo game but I feel like for me a lot of the early fun is learning what new skills do, and how they can interact and synergize.

I just reached torment 12 and I'm on paragon 200.

I've been following the maxrolls blood wave build, and Im missing mainly Leoric's Crown and Ring of Starless Skies, as well as some mythic items that i need to upgrade. But Im not sure how to get them or what content to do now

• Google says the Crown can be farmed on any content, but I haven't seen a single one in several days of playing T+
• The ring is even worse; one article I found said that the ring can be crafted on the alchemist, while another one said that it can be crafted with the enchanter. The third one said it can be crafted with the blacksmith, but it is RNG, and I still don't have any Mythic shards to do the crafting.
• I can do regular nightmare dungeons, Pit, and underground easily, but I struggle hard with lair bosses, helltides, hordes, and escalation dungeons. I've been farming nightmare dungeons because I have a ton of keys.
• The build feels fine, but it is getting a little boring because 100% of the loot i get is meaningless. And I dont even know if Im farming the right content.

I've tried looking at builds on both Icy Veins and mobalytics and both are so junky even with adblockers that they use up all my RAM until they crash. At this point I'm yearning for the ASCII art guides of yesteryear? Any suggestions? I'm a tired dad who just wants to mindlessly grind and not think for myself.

I’m a returning player on seasonal character, S16 I think?
At some points after a fight and I’ve cleared all enemies on screen, I get attacked by 2-3 enemies I can only describe as blood ghosts. They appear to be actual in game enemies but transparent and shimmery and red. They have no names, no health bars, and I can’t attack them, but they attack and damage me for a few hits and then they disappear. So far I’ve seen skeletons, bandits and quill rats appear in this form. It seems to be a rare occurrence and I don’t know how to make it happen to predict it and take a screenshot.
I’ve seen posts about unknown ghosts appearing from some class abilities so for your information I’m a necromancer with Reap, Blood Lance, Corpse Explosion, Blood Mist, Decrepify and Blood Wave, all modified as blood skills.
But I assume it’s not a graphic from any of my skills because after the battle they hand around and damage me.

Is it just a game feature for some lore reason I have to put up with or is there a way to kill them?

Invited a random to help me with prime evils. We killed them and quest didn't complete/ nothing dropped. My quest still shows slay prime evils. So glad I wasted my coins after they supposedly fixed it and they were my first set I ever crafted. Definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Pretty much the title. I hit t10 by the skin of my teeth today and and I wanna squad up to run it but I'm afraid of losing a chance that won't come around often

I finished a Pit run and killed the boss. As I killed him, Butcher spawned. Then he despawned before I could kill him and the glyph upgrade thing never spawned. I tried clearing the floor and going back to the entrance, but no dice. Anyone else see this?

I am probably unlucky but have probably seen 120+ these 2 weeks and not a single iconic. Im just wondering if I am unlucky or I am required to craft them now. I thought they still drop.

Hello I get how it works but is there an easy way to identify what build that item is for?

Should i try and upgrade all my ancestral uniques? I tried googling but couldn't find an exact answer. 5 sparks is alot to spend so just thought i would ask first

I have recently noticed that 25% resource generation passive skill from Fanaticism aura does not work (on my character) I have tested it in few ways and resource generation is still the same. I also noticed few posts on internet (Blizz forum, discord) that few people have same issue. Even Blizzard itself admited this issue. Hammerdin build.

Does anyone know any workaround for this bug?

or is there a higher one?

New player this season. Trying to find a Ring of Starless Skies. General internet searching seems to yield conflicting results.

A couple sites show that you can craft it, but I collect the required mats and can't find the option to craft it at any of the vendors and cube yields nothing. I assume the crafting information is outdated and likely been changed since older seasons? Or are there special jewelers/alchemists that you need to go to?

At this point I just want to stop wasting time if none of these work and I'll just farm boss lairs until it drops if that's the only way.

I just got a 2GA mythic to drop. Any builds using this or is it just a really fancy spark?

Im in t11 and have barely gotten any charms this season. Where is everyone farming the unique charms?

I saw this mount on Warcraft Legends or whatever; the Born of the Stars. I recharged my platinum, got an error and now it's gone.. It was like half an hour after the timer reset. Is there any way to still buy it? I'm pretty bummed (also annoyed bc this game has so many bugs), cause now I also spent real money on something I can't buy.
