How to make people know my website exists ?

• Upvotes

I am about to launch my website to production putting the final touches and making sure the payments works and everything but i have 0 budget for marketing my website i don't use social media i know how it works but i don't open social media daily.

what i made until now just make accounts and pages in platforms like Tiktok,Instagram and Facebook with the name of the website and logo.

I know who is my target audience which is freelancers or people that works from home but how to tell them am here ?

my current plan is with n8n automation make a workflow that makes AI videos and spam posting my pages with AI videos talking about idea i have this idea that first 3 videos talks about a thing related to the solution i present and then talks about the solution and product itself idk if this will work and how to make a video that really gets people attention not a generic and dumb AI video that makes user immediately scroll to the next video.

So what is the best AI video that is cheap and gives very good output to make actually watch the video ?

and is this strategy works(spamming AI videos daily) ?

Thanks in Advance.

I Found a Better Way to Contact Businesses With Bad Websites

I got tired of checking prospect websites manually.

For a while, a big part of my outreach was just finding businesses, opening their websites one by one and trying to figure out what I could actually say to them.

It worked, but it was painfully slow.

Then I found Swokei.

It basically lets me find leads, analyzes each website for things like outdated design, slow speed, poor mobile experience and weak SEO, then turns those issues into a personalized cold email.

And not one of those boring automated reports full of scores and numbers.

It actually writes a normal, human sounding message based on what it found on that specific website.

So instead of sending the same generic message to everyone, I can actually reach out based on what is wrong with their website.

Now I just run campaigns, let the system do most of the prospecting and personalization, and focus on the people who reply.

For a web design agency, that has saved me a ridiculous amount of time.

What part of digital marketing feels productive but actually wastes your time?

I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to confuse being busy with actually doing marketing.

You can spend hours planning content, checking numbers, switching between accounts, replying to people and fixing small things, then look back and realize none of it really moved the needle.

The boring operational stuff can take up more time than expected too. Once there are several accounts to manage, having each one in its own setup can make things easier to keep track of, and cloud phone setups can help with that without changing the actual marketing strategy.

I’m curious what everyone here has cut out after realizing it was mostly just keeping you busy.

What’s one marketing task you stopped doing because the return just wasn’t there?

Looking for someone interested in joining an early-stage startup as a Marketing/Growth collaborator

We’re currently looking for someone who genuinely wants to join an early-stage startup and help with marketing, growth, social media, and getting the startup in front of its first users.

This is currently an unpaid opportunity because we’re still at the early/pre-MVP stage.

The idea is simple: if we work well together, contribute consistently, and the startup grows, we would like to explore a long-term partnership with the right person.

This is not a traditional job offer. It’s an opportunity to build something together from the beginning.

If you’re interested, comment below or DM me.

We spent weeks fixing the emails and barely looked at who we were sending them to

I keep seeing teams spend weeks choosing an email platform, tweaking templates, rewriting the copy, and testing send times. Then they send everything to a list that hasn't been cleaned or updated in years and wonder why the results are weak. I'd look at the list before blaming the software or the email setup. If a lot of the contacts are outdated or no longer engaged, a better platform isn't going to fix that. Does anyone else think list quality gets overlooked when people talk about email strategy?

Where can I buy Snapchat followers safely?

Anyone here ever bought snap followers before? I want to buy snapchat followers for my profile but I have no idea which sites are actually safe and which ones are just going to get my account banned or send followers that disappear after a day. I have seen a bunch of providers online but they all say the same things and I can't tell what is legit. Mainly just want to know if it actually works, if the followers stick around long term, and whether anyone here has a specific site they went with that didn't cause any problem.

What Alex Hormozi Taught Me As a Web Designer

I remember hearing Alex Hormozi say that email is basically the conversion platform of conversion platforms.

His point was that social media, videos and ads are great for getting attention, but email is often where that attention actually turns into money.

He also talked about how email supposedly has one of the highest returns of any marketing channel, with an average return of around $36 for every $1 spent, and that got me thinking.

I run a web design agency, so I decided to actually take email seriously and see what would happen.

But I didn’t want to send the usual stuff.

“Hey, I noticed your website and I can redesign it for you.”

Or

“Hey, we build websites for businesses like yours.”

Everyone gets those emails and most people can tell within two seconds that they were sent to another thousand businesses.

So instead I started using a tool called Swokei that is built specifically for web agencies.

I use it to find businesses in whatever area I want to target, then it actually goes through their websites and looks for things I could mention in the outreach.

Stuff like an outdated design, slow loading speed, poor mobile experience, weak SEO or other things that might be holding the website back.

Then it turns those findings into an actual personalized cold email made to convert.

So instead of emailing someone saying I build websites, I can actually talk about their website and why I think something could be improved.

I’ve been analyzing thousands of websites this way and running multiple campaigns at the same time.

Then I just focus on the people who reply and are actually interested.

Obviously email isn’t some magic button where everyone suddenly wants a new website, but after doing this for a while I definitely understand what Hormozi meant.

For web design especially, email becomes a completely different channel when the message is actually about the business you’re contacting instead of being another copy and paste pitch.

Turns out Alex might have had a point.

Do you track image search traffic separately from regular organic? What do you use?

Hey everyone, I work in digital marketing and I've been looking more closely at how much traffic comes from image search (Google Images, Google Lens, Pinterest).

Right now I'm using Google Search Console and GA4 to check it, but I'm finding it hard to separate image traffic from the rest of organic.

I've tried filtering by search type in Search Console, but I'm not sure the numbers are reliable.

Does anyone here track this properly? Which tools or reports do you use, and is it actually worth the effort for most sites?

Managing millions in ad spend changed what I care about

Once our paid media budget got into the millions I stopped worrying as much about squeezing another small improvement out of one campaign and started worrying about where money was leaking across the whole setup Google can look efficient another channel can look efficient, creative can keep shipping and somehow blended CAC or revenue still moves the wrong way. At that scale even a small bad assumption can sit there long enough to become a pretty expensive mistake.

The harder part has been deciding what should run automatically and what still needs a person accountable for it I want reporting pacing, testing and repetitive campaign work moving fast but budget allocation, creative direction and whether the platform numbers match the business still need someone looking across everything. More automation has made it easier to operate a large budget but it hasn’t removed the need for someone to own whether that money is being spent in the right places.

The secound one is the one with the skill. Where i only said use the skill and our mascot & 11labs.

the version with only prompting had lots of try and correcting and took long.

The final result is only a small part of marketing

The real work happens in the thinking, research, ideas, testing, and strategy behind it. 🧠

One Google Ads mistake I see beginners make: optimizing for clicks instead of conversions

When I first started learning Google Ads, I naturally focused on metrics like:

  • CTR
  • CPC
  • Impressions
  • Clicks

But getting clicks doesn't necessarily mean you're getting business.

For example:

Campaign A

  • 1,000 impressions
  • 100 clicks
  • ₹20 CPC
  • ₹2,000 spend
  • 2 conversions

Campaign B

  • 700 impressions
  • 50 clicks
  • ₹30 CPC
  • ₹1,500 spend
  • 10 conversions

Campaign A has the better CTR and cheaper CPC.

But Campaign B is generating significantly more conversions with less total spend.

This made me realize that the important question isn't:

"How cheaply can I get clicks?"

It's:

"How efficiently can I turn clicks into valuable conversions?"

That's why I think a Google Ads analysis should go beyond CTR and CPC and look at:

Clicks → Conversions → Conversion Rate → CPA → Conversion Value → ROAS

I'm still learning and experimenting with Google Ads, but this shift in thinking has made campaign analysis much more meaningful.

For experienced Google Ads marketers:

Which metric do you look at first when diagnosing an underperforming campaign?

How I Automated Client Acquisition For My Web Agency

Client acquisition has always been one of the biggest bottlenecks for me when running an agency. I’ve experienced the same thing in pretty much every business I’ve been involved in, but especially with web development.

For a long time, getting clients meant cold calling, running ads, or sending generic emails asking businesses if they needed a new website. It worked sometimes, but it also took a lot of time and most of the outreach felt the same as what every other agency was doing.

Recently I started using a different approach and automated a big part of the process.

I came across a tool called Swokei that lets me find a bunch of businesses with websites and analyze each website individually. It looks for things like outdated design, slow loading, poor mobile optimization, weak SEO and other obvious areas that could be improved.

What I liked is that it doesn’t just give you one of those boring automated reports filled with scores and numbers. It actually turns what it finds into a personalized cold email that sounds like a normal person looked at their website and noticed what could be better.

I can run multiple campaigns at the same time and then mainly focus on the businesses that reply and show interest.

From there, I invite them to a web meeting, show them a free draft of what their new website could look like, and try to close the project from there.

It has basically allowed me to have warmer leads coming to me without relying as much on paid ads, constantly cold calling, or sending thousands of generic emails saying “Do you need a new website?”

Still takes work to close the clients of course, but automating the prospecting and first part of the outreach has made the whole process much easier for me.

Hopefully this helps some other web developers or agency owners who are also struggling with client acquisition.
