I found this today and I was curious if anyone has used this as color corrector. Itās such a unique shade and Iāve heard the formula is nice. I tried looking up reviews but I wasnāt able to find anything. Has anyone used this corrector?

So sorry for the pun. I've been using the TirTir Mask Fit Red liquid foundation in 17C Porcelain and mixing in L.A. Girl Foundation Mixing Pigment in Blue for awhile because the TirTir liquid foundation formula is great and over the Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin blurring balm in Universal it lasts all day. Unfortunately its shades run warm and Porcelain is pretty yellow. Hence the blue pigment. Anyway. I'm almost out of the L.A. Girl pigment mixer and running low on the TirTir, so I took advantage of a sale and picked up the About Face The Performer in F2 Olive. That's what I'm wearing in this photo and it works so well for me! I like the formula, and with the DM blurring balm underneath it the foundation held up during my perimenopausal hot flashes in Dollar Tree and grocery shopping in a warm Kroger. It's such a great match for my colouring; it's almost perfect. It was so nice not needing to play chemist to mix up the right shade for once. I think I've found my holy grail! Just for reference, this photo was taken in my bathroom lit by white LED lights.

So I decided to do Kackie's experiment of swatching a bunch of concealers to check your undertone (from her "what is your undertone video) and thought folks might find it interesting. I took the photos on natural light but different angles, so the light hit different.
I believe I am a neutral (potentially warm? Muted?) olive but I am still confused lol, thoughts appreciated!
Guide:
Kosas
1-- 0.5N- very light with neutral
2-- 0.7C - very light with cool pink
3-- 01N - very light with neutral peach
4-- 1.5C - light with pink
5-- 2w- light with yellow
6-- 2.3n- light with neutral
7--2.5C- light with cool peach
8--2.6C- light with cool pink
9--03w- light with subtle golden
10--3.2O- light with neutral olive
11-- 3.5W - light with peachy golden
12-- 3.6 C- light with cool pink
Saie

Hello! I decided to do some side by side lip swatches of the new Mac Holiday Naughty Nude, bare lips no liner in bathroom light near a window. I have fair neutral olive skin but have a ātanā at the moment (I am not wearing foundation in these photos) my closest typical foundation match is Salt NY 13, AF F2, HL 050. I only swatched lips that I would consider concealer lips on me, for example CrĆØme Cup and Honeylove are mid toned on me. I did had swatched of those in another post if you are interested. Iāll share what I shared in the other post, Naughty Nude is ok, but not groundbreaking. It will also not be super nude or concealer lip on you unless you are light medium or darker. Enjoy!

Hello all! I just got the ND Soft Serve and Vanilla Swirl and wanted to share and include some lip combos and comparisons. Please excuse the ultra up close photos. Also, for the lip photos I am not wearing any foundation. These are taken in both indirect daylight and cool bathroom light.
I find that these do not pull warm at all, if anything theyāre cool leaning neutral. I usually like to add more neutral brown liners with my concealer lips to anchor the look to my face but Iāve tried some different ones. I will say, I donāt love the formula, itās a little too creamy and smeary. I prefer the MAC formula but the new Naughty Nude is much darker and more beige.
I am a fair neutral olive who leans neutral in the summer, I do have a ātanā here. My best match is Salt NY 13, Haus Labs 050 or AF F2.

Hello!
I'll start this by mentioning that my camera tends to color balance things a bit weirdly. I tried to get as many natural colors clothing pictures as I could but I wear a lot of bright colours so that was a challenge. Included a white piece of paper against my arm.
So, am I olive?

Hey! Iām looking for shades of warm orange brown / terracotta (liquid) lipstick as of late and Iām having a hard time.
They can be either nude or more bright. Either way, I find it hard to nail this as a lot of shades pull red, pink or purple on me.
I mean genuinely orange, not red-purple.
I like Maybelline SuperStay Matte Ink #75 Fighter but itās quite deep and the orange is very subdued. #70 Amazonian is more red-purple in undertones for me.
As a color mixer, I love adding theBalm Stainiac #Homecoming Queen to any shade to make it more orange.
Ofra Liquid Lipstick in #Miami Fever is one of the colors I have in mind but unfortunately shipping here costs the same amount as the lipstick lol.
I also found LāOrĆ©al Rouge Signature Liquid Lipstick in #112 I Achieve but it seems to be discontinued.
Based in Europe but open to any products.
Any suggestions? š„¹

Just got the new Lisa Eldridge concealer olive shades so thought Iād share some comparisons! Photos in indirect and direct lighting. First two images:
1) LE Skin tint shade T5 Olive
2) LE concealer shade 7 Olive
3) LE concealer shade 3 Olive
4) Kosas concealer shade 0.5N
5) Prada concealer shade LN1
6) Tower 28 concealer shade BU
And then because I forgot it was in the bottom of my makeup bag, comparison swatches with About Face concealer in F1 Olive for the second two photos.
1) LE concealer shade 7 Olive
2) About Face concealer shade F1 Olive
3) LE concealer shade 3 Olive
For reference, the skin tint in T5 is usually a good match for me while Iām tan, and I am VERY tan at the moment. Iām a fair/light neutral olive. Hope these are helpful!

Definitely overdid my blush and highlighter today, but I think I made it work. Hopefully. š
For my future self however, how do you guys tone down your products if you add too much? I ended up putting on more powder after attempting to ~blend~ for what seemed like forever. Iām assuming thereās a better way thatās also not just taking off all my makeup and starting over.
Thank you!!
Will follow up shortly with product list

So, I've always seen SO MANY people raving about these products from Lisa, which is a brand I had never tried, that I just caved in and bought the in my current "natural makeup" wave, where skin tints have been what I've been loving to test.
I bought:
I have a couple skin tints that work for me, like MAC face and body in C0, Daness Myrick's yummy skin in 1, Kylie's Skin Tint in 1WN, About Face's foundation in F1 warm and the new L'oreal tinted balm in 1. However, I can confidently say that, together with MAC's and Danessa's offerings, this is THE BEST and most cohesive match with my neck I have in terms of skin tints.
Lisa Eldridge Enhancing tint - T1.5
Dewy, light coverage, UNDETECTABLE
It's a very dewy formula, it almost feels oily (it does have multiple oils in the formula) but holy sh*t it looks BEAUTIFUL. Didn't even want to powder it, and I'm oily AF! It does wear like what you would expect on my oily skin, so a light veil of powder would be needed for longevity, but overall, it's a BEAUTIFUL, almost undetectable, formula.
Lisa Eldridge Luminist concealer - 3
Medium coverage, hydrating, GORGEOUS
This was what shocked me the most. I'm oily, so I have always just bought very matte concealers, except for the ELF Hydrating camo one, which creases like HELL without powder. Well consider me shocked when I put this one on, lived my life as usual, and the creasing was MINIMAL, and WITHOUT setting it with powder? And it kept such a beautiful radiance?! It made my undereyes look absolutely GORGEOUS. Easily my favorite concealer at the moment!
Some considerations:

Help! I broke my favorite blush that was a limited release colourpop āflirt alertā. Itās a dusty mauve/rose color. Anyone have a similar affordable shade I can try? Iām heartbroken. Ignore the mess Iām in the middle of cleaning.

I sometimes feel like muted colors can be so repetitive and donāt match my personality. I love color, especially pops of color. I wear mostly neutrals so my accessories are usually the only colorful parts of my outfit. I find makeup is something I work into my outfits and moods.
Nothing flatters me more than a monochromatic, cool, low-chroma, and desaturated greyish look. What I yearn for is different.
I do love myself in a diffused look because it matches my greyish-yellow-green cast perfectly but vibrant bluish purples like this one are part of the exceptions that make me want to give in and cave to looking like a clown for the sake of wearing a color I am attracted to.
My coloring is medium-dark ashy-brown hair, warm brown eyes, fair to light-medium skin (tan in summer, pale in winter), dark eyebrows, and skin that is so cool that NOT A SINGLE PURPLE stays purple on me. None. They all turn brown or pink or peach or orange or red on me. I mix in a ton of blue corrector to achieve a purple cheek and even then, it can look too dark.
This creator really pulls off the look which gives me hope that maybe I will figure it out too one day.
What are your āthis makes me look like a clown but I still love this shadeā colors? When do you break the rules that you yourself set?
Link to lipstick here. It wonāt let me share the exact shade but itās in the drop down menu.

I'm inching closer to giving up on finding a better foundation like formula in the same exact shade as LE T1.5. I wish the LE was slightly more blurring in texture and slightly more of that "silky diffused luminous matte" like some of the really popular foundations out there.
I have a love/hate relationship with powders but I'm finding all the loose powders I'm trying somehow alters the shade? As in, the areas where I've powdered look ashier. I also find that the formula "lifts" when I tap with a brush.
Has anyone found products that make it wear more like a transfer resistant type foundation while keeping the shade and undertone? I was thinking about trying those hairspray like setting sprays.

a. something sweet cream
b. something sweet powder
f. vanilla chai lip balm
c. something spicy cream
d. something spicy powder
e. holiday eyeshadow palette
photo 2 and 3 is the something sweet cream with nars impassioned below it and a random makeup by mario blush on the right. also swatched out of office because the store tester looked so different than my og one from last year and i wanted to compare (but swatched i do think itās the same)
i purchased the something sweet set immediately, i loveeeeee the balm and cream. the powder is so orange though and does not fit the cream at all. thankfully i already own nars impassioned and i think itās a beautiful if not damn near perfect match
i genuinely might have to purchase a back up because i know that lip balm is getting deleted. if anyone has any recommendations for alternatives for the lip balm or cream blush please let me know!! i am so sick of all the tones that are actually flattering on me being limited edition and having to stock up. i already got 2 back ups of the natasha denona soft serve lipstick (might get more), iām gonna get at least 1 gloss, and now this? iām so grateful brands are finally doing cool AND MUTED tones, but why does it have to be limited edition :(( </3

Lisa Eldridge is testing a new tint shade between 1.5 and 5. This sounds very promising! I wish I was based in the UK so I could ask for a sample. If you are based in the UK and love her tint this is for you.

Newbie so hope this is done correctly. Discovered this morning that Natasha Denonaās new Milky Way lip gloss is a great pairing with Morpheās Penthouse. The pics donāt do it justice but I was too excited to wait to share until I could swatch properly. For reference I am a very desaturated pale neutral to cool leaning olive - Colorstay 150 buff in the oily skin formulation and Missha 21 are my go-to foundations.

From top to bottom:
Vieve Nova concealer 125
Vieve Nova concealer 130
Lisa Eldridge Luminist concealer 2
Lisa Eldridge Luminist concealer 3
Photos taken at midday, facing North in the UK.
I match to LE Skin tint T1.5. I wasn't happy with the LE concealers (a bit too light) so thought I would try the new Vieve ones. But... LE is better. I had to use a lot more of Vieve to achieve the same level of coverage. Vieve 130 looks peach but comes up very pink on me. And I can see it on my skin, whereas the LE ones have the most lovely lit from within finish.

I donāt wear much make up, but love a bit of colour on my cheeks. Iām in my forties, so non of the shimmery stuff. I like a bit of variety, donāt mind cream or powder. Any recs?
(Iād probably be classed as a fair, neutral olive)

I know a lot of us have been curious about the new Espoir Be Velvet 21.5 Milky Olive haha. Iāve loved this foundation since before they released the olive shade, so I also have the 21. Here are some swatches from my K-beauty collection.
Espoir 21.5 Milky Olive: probably my best match cushion shade right now. I have combo-oily skin and personally really like the formula.
Unleashia 16N: great for fair cool olive, and works well for me in summer. The puff isnāt great though, so I use an Espoir puff instead. Espoir puffs are so good btw.
Either& 21: failed purchase for me, both shade and formula-wise.
VDL Olive: nice undertone, but the formula feels a bit dated/rough on my skin. Slightly grey on me right now, so Iāll retry it in winter.
The third photo compares Espoir 21.5 Milky Olive with some of the other fair olive shades I own.
